Really disappointed with delivery today.We ordered through their website at 4.15. rang them at 17.25 to question where our order was, they told us that it was on its way. Finally arrived at 17.56. Missing a can of coke and no salad on meat and chipsNormally we order through just eat and never had any issues as we've never had any issues before and we love their kebabs so we thought we'd try ordering through their website for a change.Will only be ordering through just eat from now on

Ordered food and didn’t include an item that I have orderI called them up to say that they didn’t put an item that I have ordered and instead they started to argue with me and swearing at me and accusing me of lying about the item that I have ordered.The food was absolutely disgusting and burned.Never ordering again and do not recommend this place at all!!!!!!Should be closed down for good!!!

Awful! Wouldn’t even give them a star but to give a review you have to give at least one star!On the phone they are rude! I ordered off deliveroo, they took my money after telling me they couldn’t do my order, so I called to say you’ve cancelled but taken my money so cancel the order…..but they stillCharged me! When queuing it with themThey then discussed my case with colleaguesWhilst we were on the phone ( slagging us off whist we could hear on the phone ) Anyone reading this don’t EVER order from place! Absolute disgrace!

I made a order at 2:35am they are open I sat around waiting for over 2 hours and there talk to agent on there site is useless was told just to keep waiting then at 5am all I get was oh they are still on there way there phone line is always engaged too so now I have been charged for food I never got and go hungry I feel robbed I won't order from them again

Ordered from here tonight, after 2 hours of expecting a delivery and the app saying the food has been delivered I still hadn't received it. I rung the shop and they said that the order had been cancelled... well how is deliveroo saying its delivered then? also, to be told by the guy on the phone that my order was too small to justify them coming to deliver was insulting. Why was it showing up as available on deliveroo then? rude, unhelpful, and sarcastic. NEVER EVER buying from here again and I will tell everybody i know not to as well. Absolute scammers.

Excellent delicious food. Delivery was fast and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely order from here again.

This place started out pretty well. Actually thought I'd found a decent local kebab house. Been nothing but disappointments since. Ordered many times via just eat but this last order was the last blow. Ordered a small chicken donner with salad and chilli sauce & a small chicken donner with chips. Yes these were small and I expected as much but these portions were beyond a joke. The kebab came with no salad and garlic sauce (asked for chilli) and the meat and chips came with genuinely about 5 chips that leaked grease when biting into them. Enough is enough. They always get it wrong. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Food never showed up.Order was made around 11pm, Deliveroo said it would be here around 00:25.I gave them the benefit of the doubt since the last time I ordered from there they told me they had high demand and were running late. After an hour after the expected time I called and the person who picked up the phone said "You should have your delivery within 5-10 minutes"30 minutes after that I call again and I got nothing.Called again and was told they were closed and hung up on without a chance to actually ask where my food is.Another phone call at 2:05ish and I get someone willing to actually let me talk for a second who tells me his "driver is on the way now".its now past 2:30am and nothing.

The food tastes good... when they send it! I ordered from here every week for 6 months and then suddenly the order didn’t arrive, I called 5 times and after 3 hours the food still hadn’t arrived! I had to call the bank to get the money back because they told just eat they had delivered it but luckily I had CCTV to prove otherwise. The staff were also very rude throughout the entire process until they eventually didn’t even bother answering the phone

Stay away! They accept the order through just eat and take your money without delivering! It took me 2 weeks to get my money refunded to argue they never delivered! Thankfully I have CCTV at my property to prove my case! Looking at other reviews it seems to be a pattern with this place.
