We love having a bacon roll and coffee in the morning from Greggs we arrive at 10 to 11 but the queue was massive. Rebecca was kind enough to put all my baking for us and really made our morning thanks revec!! Greggs need to give her a raise!!!

UNHYGIENIC ! Not worth wasting money here. I saw one of the ladies dipping her finger in the coffee while serving it to the customer !

I love greggs, it is so good, so tasty, so cheap, so convient and it is a wonderability. The prices are sometimes weird as it is £3.29 they could just round it or something, the service is always quickj and theres never a queue.

Love a good old greggs, no que today, freshly baked goods. But I have to ask Why must you destroy your apple danishes when you put them in the wrapping paper. We all know the icing gets stuck to it and you lose it all. That danish I was looking forward to is stuck to the inside of the packaging. Surely you can have a non stick bag or small sheet???

Awful customer service from Manager Natalie. On the 25th walked in with my colleague. We both work for the NHS and had our uniform on. We are both light brown and of asian descent. At 07.50 nearly 8 there were only a few sandwiches out and we requested for another. Natalie replied "i dont know where my other staff member has gone, shes gone AWOL" we waited patiently and ignored Natalies appaling behaviour towards us as we felt emabrassed. I kindly told Natalie we would be late as we start 8am so she went to the back and asked the colleague to make thw sandwich. One she made it we asked her to heat it up and she replied "no, your going to be late" i was shocked at this behaviour. She warmed the sandwich up even though i asked for a few seconds she refused to take it out until the timer ended. I felt unomfortable and treated differently and unfairly. Before i left the store i asked Natalie for her name. I decided to make a complaint to Greggs over the phone as i would dislike anyone else going through this. Greggs offered me and my Colleague a £10 voucher and assured us this wouldnt happend again assuring me they would contact area manager Clair and she would look into it. We were still disappointed by the service but was glad greggs could make up for it. The next day 26th at 07.30am we called greggs hoping they could have the sandwiches ready for us to collect at 07.45. Natalie picked up and once we spoke to her politely she said "are you the same person from yesterday, have a good day" and hanged up. We were sure it was a misunderstaning so continued our journey to the shop. Once we got there and selected what we wanted heading to the counter. Natalie put her hand up with a "stop" sign and firmly said she is not serving us. We asked why and she said " you were extremely rude yesterday when you were talking and asking questions" me and my colleague were totally confused as were the ones who receieved a terrible service and felt that was her excuse to refuse us. We were not rude or argumentitive. We got the hint that because we made the complaint Natalie was not willing to serve us. We were asked to "Go away" i put the products back to where they belong and left the store. My colleague in the car got out and he had to us our food she questioned him " are you here on behalf on the other women " . I dont think this behaviour us acceptable and it is very strange we are being treated like this. I have never experienced this before not with any retail store. I usually get a 5 star service from Greggs but this time was awful. I made sure i took a video not of Natalie her self but of the conversation we had. I made sure to capture the moment she told us to "Go away and leave the store" I called greggs again and explained what happend. I forwarded the video the them and they offered us another £10. I appreciate the gesture, however this customer service should not be happening. Discrimination, and maybe a bit of racism is what i felt. Unacceptable. Especially for NHS staff members who work from 8am to 8pm. Its sad.

Lovely place. Good serviceBut 1 thing that should be done there is. There should be more cream cakes. They sell out by 1pm or before. They're open at lot longer. Therefore, they should have a lot more cream cakes for customers .

Very average, not great, but also not bad. Good if you want something small to eat quick.

Bought dessert here. Only problem was far too much icing on the buns, which were also a bit dry. Chocolate eclairs were the best we have ever tasted. Queue not to bad. Service excellent except for a customer on her phone who caused a bit of a delay. Overall pleasantly surprised. Been a while since we've used Greggs.
