Istanbul Flames in Medway

The pizza was dry no extra toppings no cheese I think it’s worst kebab shop I ever ordered

Food and service here is amazing. Very friendly place...

Had previously used multiple times, this time ended up with a delivery driver who was very nasty to my daughter when he tried to charge us for 3 pizzas when only 2 arrived, the delivery driver was blaming Istanbul Flames. The management rang me up and was blaming the driver and tried to get us to have another pizza delivered. Also the driver banged so hard on our front door window he nearly broke it. We will Never again use Istanbul Flames

Ordered a BBQ calzone and a grilled lamb shish wrap. Was told it would be about half an hour. 58 minutes later it was delivered. Just by the heat, or lack of it from the package we could tell it was cold. We heated the food in the oven, but on first taste it was evident that the pizza dough was still raw, and the chips were undercooked. The lamb shish was tasteless. First and last time we will order from here. Disgusted they could send this out.

Poor food, pictures speak a thousand words….

Normally good and delivered without issue... however I ordered this evening and requested lemon juice on the salads. Instead of salads with lemon juice I received 2 boxes of lemon quarters! And no salad despite this being paid for. Disappointing.

Ordered from these guys tonight.Pizza, burger & cheesy chips, all of which were delicious!Seriously enjoyable food and delivered very quickly.Thank you 🙏🏼

I have ordered from this place many times, and the food is always great quality but if you live close I would recommend going to collect your food instead of delivery, as one time I ordered and the food took 2 hours to arrive and came cold. Overall great food and huge selection. Chips can be dry though.

We have been ordering our takeaways from here for about 8 months now. They are always spot on! The delivery drivers are the nicest people, always so friendly and polite, the foods always on time and delicious. I must highly recommend the pizzas, better than any of the big companies out there and such a good price. Keep going in 2021, thank you for continuing to strive throughout the pandemic.

I strongly recommend you try the 'Charcoal Grill Special' it's very well cooked and presented. One of the best mixed grills I've ever had. It's a bit too much for one but should be great for 2 sharing. If you order using their app you get 20% discount
