Food cold quoted one hour 20 min arrived 2 hours and 10 min stone cold .I phoned to be told really busy will take off some of your bill next time there won’t be a next time really poor gone down hill

Massively disappointed with nearly everything I paid nearly £30 for. First off all asked for curry sauce separate to the chips but got soggy chips in a plastic contained soaked with curry sauce..salt and pepper chicken was as dry as the Sahara lol no taste and bland had to put extra seasoning on! Prawn balls, prawns were solid and literally chewing every one for a minute!! Chicken wings no taste at all and dry. Will never be using this chinese had so much better. Would not recommend to any one..

Good food, very fast and friendly service. Fair prices. Shame about paper table covers.

I used to think this was the best chinease in medway , but the last 3/4 times they have got my order wrong , but last night topped it all , ordered food was told half hr , an hour and 15 minutes later food was cold , and also wrong , not a problem so they sent it again , it was piping hot and still wrong , spoke to women on phone who was so rude , had to repeat postcode about 8 times , bad communication, attitude , and there food is disgusting, will not be ordering from there again , even though the money was refunded ,

Nice place, staff was always around to help (but to much in some ways), portions we're a bit small, order more next time.

A very friendly welcome by staff who were only happy to help as much as possible. The food was very tasty will definitely be returning there

First time tried here and it will be last time curry sauce to hot chips are all just bits and pieces and spring rolls are all burnt chicken curry full of oil absolutely disgustingchips were burnt and bits and pieces the chicken curry was oily runny and really peppery it was burning as soon as put it in my mouth the spring rolls were burnt and soggy and no taste at all

The food was tasty and just the right portion sizes not to feel you up too much, there is a good choice in the menu. The staff were very attentive.

Going out for dinner when everyone at the table has different preferences on food can be difficult but the very friendly staff and more specifically Ken was soooo helpful and went above and beyond to help.Not even had our food yet but thought the staff service deserved a mention.Edit: food was amazing, full of flavour and cooked just right.Would give more stars if I could.
