Kfc in Medway

Nice food, Good price.

Walked to the shop with my 2 small grandchildren. Placed our order. When I got home found out that half the kids meals were missing. Called the shop. Got through after 3 attempts. Manager informed me that I had to return to the shop to collect what was missing! Obviously was not going to walk back there in the rain with 2 small children in the rain. I said I had the receipt and would pop in the following day for a refund but got informed by the manager that I had to go back that day as refund wouldn't be available the next day. Won't be using again.

Ordered a couple of times and on those 2 occasions food has been missing from our order and food all smashed up in the bag have not enjoyed kfc for a long time

Great experience, received my food super fast and was hot and delicious . Loved it

Bought a family bucket from here and out of ten pieces seven were Small drumsticks. Didn't expect all breast meat but come on KFC

Wouldn't even get one star the staff are rude dont get the meal orders right so you have to go back...and then have to go back again they really do need staff up there that actually wanna do there job and they need to learn how to speak to the customers poor communication!!!!

Overly expensive and seriously not worth the money at all chips always cold and underdone even when collecting! The size of the "fillet" in the fillet burgers are RIDICULOUSLY small I swear I've never seen a restaurant chain decline this much and still be in business...might as well go McDonald's at least there you already know what you're going to get..

Food turned up late and cold. Bag had been ripped opened and part of my order was missing. Supposed manager did not apologise for this and just said not their fault, its the driver. Terrible customer service skills. Will never order from that branch of KFC again and frankly have had enough of just eat.

Food was warm. The staff were busy Serving uber drivers rather than walk in Customers of which meant we had a wait.
