Kfc in Medway

Young English girl working there at around 5 to 6pm 6th July, I didn't catch her name but she had the best customer service ever. Very polite and understanding of her customers needs. She was working with another young English lad. Please recognise her high quality customer service.

Was away on a trip and went into here. Not busy but just as well, service was slow and only one girl serving that I could see apart from one other doing the drive through, they both looked pretty miserable, a welcoming smile might have been nice. Food was okay but expensive for what we purchased. Restaurant and loos nice and clean.

The experience was awful. Having to wait half an hour to get the delivery from the drive through, only to be given the wrong order? Which means I was over charged and couldn't get the kids the right meal.Went back in to complain and met with a lady manager who was un sympathetic and very abrupt.Not a great experience, will not go there again. 😕

3 was generous. Sure they're overrun and concentrate on drive through and valued delivery services BUT the general public at the inside counter are not a priority.They should look at McDonald's for comparison. I think this site is only interested in Internet delivery orders. The car park was practically empty and we were the only car in the drive thru for the first 2 minutes waiting to place our order. A car comes up behind so I call out and sound the horn. Another 30 seconds and we go around to the closed hatch but see guys stuffing bags for delivery drivers and again we are totally ignored. Last month we went in the restaurant with my son and his girls, were the only diners there, and after a huge wait as they filled drivers bags we got our order which was wrong. Farewell KFC Courtney Road, you have alienated drive thru and in house diners and are on a slippery slope as you rely on third party delivery services and seem to have trouble getting those orders right by the reviews I've read here. A change in management or franchise holder is desperately needed here.

In the past this has been a hit and miss kfc, last few times have been more miss then hit, but today takes the biscuit. We drove up to place an order, no one asked if they could take our order, even after my husband said hello twice then beeped the car horn. So we drove around to see 2 guys at the serving bar but they certainly weren't interested in wanting to serve us so we drove off. We now know why we seen more people in McDonald's atleast they were serving their customers.In reading the reviews again as I have done in the past nothing has changed much. I'm wondering how the owners of this kfc can get such poor reviews over and over and still do nothing about the service standards or rude staff. I think they should get rid of the delivery ubereats, Just Eats and deliveroo as they have brought the standards down even more than they were. My suggestion shape the place up or close it!

30 minutes waiting at the drive through while delivered go in and out in no time . Then a 6 piece bargain bucket has 5 pieces and no fries. Try and call no answer . Disgusting

Last night I placed an order for Boneless Banquet plus extra 1 piece Original Chicken. When it eventually arrived, everything was there except the Extra piece of Original Chicken!!£1.99 up my shirt!Went Online to complain, filled in the details only to get message...."Sorry, there was a problem"Then NOTHING!!Not best pleased!!

Popped in on way to dobbies garden centre, as my fiancié fancied a snack.Big mistakeMassive queue at drive in which barely moved, first window wasn't open and no signage to inform customers, so every car sat there talking to nobody adding to the cars backing up.I had the vegan burger, which unbelievably tasted worse than it looked.Chips were cold and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for some time.Probably the worse kFC I've ever eaten and a complete waste of money.Note to self, don't order a vegan burger at KFC ever again.

Poor poor food all the staff need re training chicken is extremely dry and the fries i wouldn't bother with this is acceptable to them. The only good thing we had was the bbq wrap and we spent £24.95 AVOID wouldn't even give them 1 star
