Lahore Karahi House Restaurant in Medway

Honestly the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced for any restaurant!The owner of the shop was very disrespectful when I called to ask how long it was going to take for my order to arrive (it passed more than an hour) he was straight up disrespectful and rude! Shouting and yelling telling me he is busy and to wait longer than I have already waited. I was a regular customer but honestly never gonna order from this restaurant ever again! (Quality of the food isn’t always great)

Wasnt happy with the food, chicken was really dry and kebabs had no taste at all.

I have ordered the food and they have sent me meat instead of vegetarian snack. How can they sent a meat samosa instead of a vegetable samosa. I am strictly vegetarian. I vomitted thrice. It's rediculous.

Had takeaway. Maybe I ordered the wrong dishes, but it was not nice. I’ve been here before, ate at the restaurant and it was great. This doesn’t translate

Food isn’t fresh at all. ordered lamb biriyani to eat the next day along with others, and the rice was literally smelling the next day after being put in the fridge. The food was not eatableThey wanted me to bring back the spoilt food in order to get a refund, very terrible service also.I don’t write reviews but this was literally horrid

Wish I could give more than 5 stars,as the food was fantastically delicious and delivered well in time. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. My order was delivered well in time by a very decent and friendly person Javed. I Would strongly recommend this restaurant to all the spicy food lovers👍

Not at all what I expected. We usually don't get indian as a takeaway , but this time we decided to do so. I ordered the family mix grill , witch sounded like a lot of food, but when it got here it was for no more than 1 person and maybe half. Will never order from there again!!!

Tasty biryani, food available both veg and non veg.

Very nice food ..good place to eat for couples..u can eat upstairs,its more quieter..the mixed grill is grate..ordered it many times
