McCoys Fish Bar in Medway

Fish was cooked from frozen not fresh, was very dry and not flaky as would expect from good fish and chips. also had a slightly soapy taste to the fish… Chips were average.. also very over priced at £23 for two below average portions of “large” cod and chips.

Very clean, nice food fast service. What's not to like

A great fish n chip shop. Chips very decent, good portions and cod batter is thin and crispy. Can be a bit of a wait as it seems fish cooked to order or maybe it was the time of evening. Worth it tho.

It would of been nice to find a chair, as waiting for the Chips to cook, I didn't feel it was Disabled friendly,Although Staff were pleasant.Thank you

Decent bit of fish and generous sized portion of chips. Definitely would recommend...

Used to be amazing now sadly it's slipped into just a standard chip shop. Got served tonight by a young girl that had a huge chip on her shoulder. Made us feel quite unwelcome. Won't be rushing back anytime soon 😔

Must be alot of staff n friends leaving reviews here. Cold food, poor customer service, i was treated terribly and cannot believe how expensive it is. Used to have great reputation

Best Fish & Chips in Medway. Good portions. Not greasy . Their sea food box is amazing and always a smile from staff.

Only ever had takeaway but recently requested a large order for a school sleepover. Amazing food, perfect portion sizes, delivered to school on time and hot. Very happy children (and staff)!Thank you guys will definitely do this again.
