McDonald's in Medway

Staff very kind and helpfull. Place was very clean considering it was very busy. Girl at the till did miss my fries out and sorted it out quickly.

Ordered my food via the drive-thru and it was quick and easy. No line ups or long waits and food given to me was correct.

Just like other McDs........... Too crowded........... But got items quickly.

Always super busy with just eats, deliveroo and Uber eats drivers

Friendly staff good food only down side self serve machine didn't have receipt paper and the seats out side hadn't been wiped down.

Wow! Poor food quality from being cold to large hair found in one of the meals! Very poor show from large food organisation! Would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of visiting to go spend your cash somewhere else! Would never visit again!

Located off the upnor roundabout and had links to A289. The dockside outlet is not too far off from this McDonald's . They had a modern stylish look toIt, as you enter greeted by the self service machine go order your meal or drink. They are a fast food chain. The latte I ordered come to me quite quickly and the taste was good, better than what I was expecting to be honest.The staff well dressed and represented the company in a professional manner, the toilets are clean.

I regularly use this convenient McDonald's (from early in the morning through to very late at night) and have noticed that the quality and availability of the food served and service is rather variable - from excellent through to not very good imho. On balance it's ok (I still use it after all) but it could be so much better if the experience were more consistently good.

Yana shouldn't be demoted! She should be sacked. She couldn't run a bath let alone a shift. Rude to customers, closed window on me while waiting on replacement food when she messed my order up, and I know it was her because she told me herself she personally made it so she knew it was wrong. She didn't look professional either, untucked shirt and no hair net or hat breaching food hygiene. My replacement order consisted of all the same food just adjustments so my order was cold and rubbery. Apart from YANA the rest of the crew were fantastic as usual.

Very good McCafé coffee! Don't be drawn in by other outlets with bearded, top-knot "barristas" providing their overpriced and lower than average coffee.
