McDonald's in Medway

June 2022: Service much improved, and best hash browns, always cooked slightly over making them extra crispy!!October 2021: Sat at a drive thru order point for over 5 minutes, and watched 5 other cars leave their order on the other point, decided to reverse and drive round to that one, then had to wait whilst am order was taken from the point I'd just left!!!!! Spoke to manager at collection point, who wasn't even particularly apologetic!!

Went through drive thru place an order in excess of £30 was asked to park up. Food arrived in 8 mins but no drinks staff went back inside to return 5 mins later to ask for receipt drinks arrived 6 mins after that with no straws and no dips in with meals even though asked for so by the time we arrived home everything was cold

The layout is awful, they tell you to park up for a burger and fries and no spaces to park, 1 might as well wait to it will save spaces. Half for a burger is not ok

OK for a quick bite. Good for a cool treat on a hot day . Fillet o fish has gone down hill and very crudley thrown together.

Took my son here with 15 of his friends and the staff were really great. Got all their food out in quick time and accommodated for me to do my sons birthday cake for him there. They all had a great time.

It's McDonald's expect no more than a warm burger and a cold drink with far too much ice in. Its really busy here so expect a wait but you'll be through in around 10 minutes at a lunch time. They do what they do best pump out cheap food quickly

Everything was fine except the cleanliness in the men's toilets (full of feces everywhere) and the bins in the premises were full of rubbish. The result was the side of the tables to be full of trays with left packages and rubbish.

Just like other McDs...........Too crowded...........But got items quickly.

Always super busy with just eats, deliveroo and Uber eats drivers

Located off the upnor roundabout and had links to A289. The dockside outlet is not too far off from this McDonald's . They had a modern stylish look toIt, as you enter greeted by the self service machine go order your meal or drink. They are a fast food chain. The latte I ordered come to me quite quickly and the taste was good, better than what I was expecting to be honest.The staff well dressed and represented the company in a professional manner, the toilets are clean.
