McDonald's in Medway

Honestly, we ordered one last night as everywhere was closed. This is THE worst McDonald's I've ever had.The fries had no salt. The Italian stack burger had barely any sauce and was so so dry, horrible!My wife's quarter pounder meal was identical, no salt on fries and an insanely dry burger.

We joined what ended up as a 25 min wait at the drive-thru, this evening.Both serving booth staff members were poorly mannered with no welcomes, thank you or pleases. The food was almost cold when we received it, but unfortunately due to the queue inside and out, we did not bother to return it.Would not recommend.Poor service, poor food.

I have been going into McDonald's for over 40 years and every now and again a particular one stands out. Today I went into this one at just after 8am on a Saturday morning. Firstly the place is immaculately clean, the staff are all smart, hard working and providing a very nice friendly atmosphere. They were playing some really cool music. The breakfast was hot and freshly cooked together with a nice cup of hot coffee. In my opinion it was just perfect. It's a shame that this place has received some not so good reviews in the past, hopefully it has changed for the better and the Manager should be proud of his / her restaurant and staff.

On an extremely hot day this restaurant was lovely and cool.A lovely welcome by one of the managers and fast service by very friendly staff.For a fast food outlet it was above and beyond anything I have experienced before.

I’ve ordered a bag of mozzarella sticks and instead got a bag of 5 nuggets. Rang the store and got told to ring Uber eats for a refund.. I said that it’s not good enough cause I wanted my food and asked if the staff will get told off he said he will talk to them. Useless!! Such a simple job and can’t even follow the instructions or read the order!! Disgusting. Won’t be ordering from them again

I don't really know what's going on with this one, they used to be amazing but i waiting over 25 minutes for luke warm food! Everyone is running around like headless chickens, its like the right hand don't know what the left hands doing!?!I think they need to organise the deliveries better and that's just for starters.

Took my son here with 15 of his friends and the staff were really great. Got all their food out in quick time and accommodated for me to do my sons birthday cake for him there. They all had a great time.

It's McDonald's expect no more than a warm burger and a cold drink with far too much ice in. Its really busy here so expect a wait but you'll be through in around 10 minutes at a lunch time. They do what they do best pump out cheap food quickly

Just like other McDs...........Too crowded...........But got items quickly.

Located off the upnor roundabout and had links to A289. The dockside outlet is not too far off from this McDonald's . They had a modern stylish look toIt, as you enter greeted by the self service machine go order your meal or drink. They are a fast food chain. The latte I ordered come to me quite quickly and the taste was good, better than what I was expecting to be honest.The staff well dressed and represented the company in a professional manner, the toilets are clean.
