Muffin Break in Medway

Great place to take a break. Food is excellent, Staff pleasant and friendly and they really don't mind if you want to make a pot of Tea last you ages!

5 stars for the coffee and pleasant staff, some cakes and snacks are nice tho not all. Will be coming here more often in place of my usual costa

Was really underwhelming, I ordered from Uber Eats as I had fancied something different for lunch but the food arrived squashed and they didn't have the lovely cheesecake and brownie they had on the menu instead they asked if we'd like "mudcake" which I accepted but it was just a cheap chocolate cake, nothing special. Also used a voucher code but when I had to pick an alternative on the app, it must've removed the code when the order updated and I ended up paying £35 instead of £25 for a really lousy lunch for 2 people which also turned up late. Trying to speak with Uber Eats to get it sorted. Not sure I'll be ordering from here again in a hurry, it's a bit overpriced for what it is.

Service seems to have gone downhill here lately. Lovely friendly staff the food service doesn't come up to the same standard.They were advertising 'Classic English Breakfast' but couldn't provide several of the ingredients. It was served on a small tea plate which meant piling the food up - making it challenging to eat.The food was lukewarm. The 'toast' was only just toasted. Everything, including the drinks, took over 15 minutes to arrive at our table. We asked for a refund for the buttered 'toast' which was toasted so lightly that it was really 'bread'.Not the first time we've been disappointed by the level of service and food. We hadn't been there for a while and decided to give it another try.Sorry, but we won't be going again.However, I would reiterate that the lady who welcomed us into the place was lovely and all the staff too ( the two stars are for your friendliness), especially when they were apologetic about not having two of the breakfast ingredients.

What’s this😑 I use Ubereat, and wait for over 40 minutes…. But the food I get is burned croissants…..ok… I will not quickly to dead maybe…but I feel a bad mood when I get it

Very nice and clean. Good coffee. Smoothie was very tasty, not watery. My only disappointment was the coffee cake, its quite tasteless. Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again

Nice ambience. No internet service while inside. The red velvet cake and hot chocolate are awesome and highly recommended. Sweet, savory and filling. It was also not cramped and appropriate covid protocols followed. Wait time between order and delivery of food was a little long tho. Overall, nice experience

Always very kind and friendly service from the lady and gentleman that own it. Tried my first banana and coconut muffin and it was so nice. My favourite and only place I get a coconut latte from
