This Nando's has really improved post pandemic! They have a person on grill who actually grills the chicken until the skin its slightly crispy and has grill lines - no more lukewarm soggy chicken!!Staff are always friendly and attentive. They don't rush you out if you are one of the last tables.Chocolate cake is 😍

Fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was one member of staff that really stood out. I think she was the manager, she was wearing a different outfit to everyone else - she was brilliant, she asked if I could move to make way for a big group, I had some lovely olives and a drink for my troubles. The place was busy and full of life so I really enjoyed my time. Food wise it was great as always, nothing to say other than brilliant.

My chicken was dry and over cooked. My fries were the same. Service was good and very friendly staff. If I could give more stars for the customer service, I would, but the two stars are for the quality of the food.

Collected food. They didn't have chicken livers or halloumi burger which was disappointing. They said they had run out. I had to get quarter chicken instead. I also got Grains and butternut squash which was delicious. Partner got extra hot wings and peri chips. Chicken was not extra hot, but the chicken was cooked well. Will return as the people were nice.

Food was good, service was absolutely shocking.Came to nandos for what should have been a decent meal.We ordered a main meal and a tart with 3 drinks (the Mrs wasn't very hungry!)25 minutes later and still no drinks, a lady approached and made us aware of an issue whereby my meal had been dropped, the lady gave us some halloumi to keep us going, fair enough, and for the record she was brilliant. We asked her about the drinks and she chased it up.After around 40 minutes from our initial order we made a different female member of staff aware that the tart hadn't arrived, by this point I had nearly finished my meal. 20 minutes later this person then comes back only to say she had forgotten about us, but they didn't actually have any tarts! Why did it take 1 hour from our initial order to be told that the food item was out of stock? If you've got a film to see, or somewhere to be don't visit this nandos, you won't make it in time. I'm only giving 2 stars as we had really good experience with 1 member of staff.

Renovations have really opened the place up food is always nice, table spacing is adequate. Only small issue is the singular door for entry and exit, makes squeezing through people stood waiting to be seated a pain

I like the virtual queuing system, we arrived at around 12:30 and joined the queue. We popped round the shops and were called back via text about 20 minutes later. We were seated quickly. We opted to order and pay using the phone, the signal wasn't great but we managed to connect to the wi-fi and placed our order. All arrived quickly and correctly. The food was great and we cleared our plates. However we then ordered dessert too which after 25 minutes hadn't arrived. We asked and they didn't seem to have a record of our order. It arrived quickly after that but the cheesecake was missing the cream. I would have been happy to ask but the OH just wanted to finish and go.

First time visiting nando's in the uk and have heard good things about this nandos, unfortunately this experience hasn't been a pleasant one at all. the food was cold and thw chicken was so dry there was no flavour at all, no one bothered to check if everything was OK with our food till we were finished. staff were too busy talking amongst themselves and showing each other things on their phones, the only staff members I saw doing any work at all was a lady in the kitchen with red glasses on and joanna who served us our food and took away our plates, baring in mind the resturant wasnt busy there was only three or four tables with people at them. joanna was so amazing there was a group of young lads next to us and one of them didn't order any food and joanna went out of her way and got him a bowl of chips which I thought was absolutely amazing and so generous of her. that random act of kindness might just have changed that lads day.

After shopping it's easy to grab a bite before heading home but then you don't have time to dine. Order to go at Nando's. Every branch should offer the same service and products. The orders remain at the optimal temperature up till arrival at yyour home.Allergens are provided on a pamphlet found in their dishes. This is a great guide if you're buying for a friend.

We have decided to visit Nando's today. Were waiting in the queue for short while and after found out that we supposed to book the table on-line in advance. We have tried to book it while waiting outside, but didn't have much luck with it because the first availability was in couple of hours time!We have also tried to order & pick up too.Yet, again, the first pick up was in two hours time!Well, what can I say, Nando's in Chatham quite popular place to eat and if you don't want to be disappointed, book your table, delivery or pick up well in advance. The place is very covid aware.Plenty of free parking near by and lots of other cafe's, restaurants, shops and Odeon cinema just around the corner.
