Have this place changed cooks, owners or both? Food arrived on time. Infact came within 20 minutes rather than the 50 it had said.Ordered here many times and loved it this time not so much!Chicken balls chicken hard in the middle, chicken curry chicken was hard almost like it had been packaged not cooked properly. BBQ sauce was gravy and actually left myself feeling unwell from the bits that I had eaten.Shame as took a while to find this place as one we loved, if doesn’t improve we won’t be using again!

Under new owners... run very well, food is great, delivery service is fast. Excellent service

It is under new management, new chef and new boss, really nice food. Nice services.Definitely would go again.

If only I could give this establishment ZERO stars. Awful service and even worse customer service. Don't waste your time or money. After waiting 3 hours since we ordered on UberEats, they decided to clear the order as delivered with the food not even arriving. After calling they pretended as though the order wasn't even placed. Will never attempt to order from here again (wont be recommending this place outside of this platform) and you shouldnt either.

Chicken choi mein, no chicken and absolutely no flavour. Chicken balls completely soggy.Chef has changed or new owners as their food is terrible, avoid at all costs.

The 1 star is for the decently quick delivery. Ordered from here on Uber Eats last night. I usually order from magic wok but had an offer on UE so decided to give this place a go. Got my usual crispy shredded chicken in chilli, a chow mein, some satay sticks and my partner got a chow mein, some rice and curry sauce. My crispy shredded "chicken" was chicken less. Not even joking when I say it was just pieces of batter covered in a disgustingly sweet sauce. There was not one piece where i could taste or feel chicken in my mouth. The 'chicken' was not crispy, it was CRUNCHY. I even bit into multiple pieces with confusion trying to find the chicken inside but nothing. My partners chow mein left a burnt taste in his mouth, the satay skewers were a joke too, some pieces were soft and some pieces were chewy, the sauce didn't taste of peanuts at all, more tasted like a diluted curry sauce. The curry sauce looked gelatinous upon pouring it onto the plate. The prawn crackers were stale. Overall, not a great experience and won't be returning again. I felt robbed when I tasted that 'chicken'. Below I attached a photo of what the inside of the pieces look like. This is not what i paid for. If I wanted fried batter pieces I would've just asked.

Not a good experience. Food was awful. Cooking oil was dirty. Sauce was not cooked even remotely correct. Rice dish was wrong. Asked for money back and told that others like it. First time I've ever had to return food anywhere.

Best Chinese I have had in years. Freshly cooked, full of flavour, crispy prawn crackers and spring rolls, beautifully cooked chicken and not a drop of grease in sight. Delivered on time. Highly recommend, this will be my go to Chinese from now on.

Food took an hour and a half to arrive (we live 5 mins down the road). chips and rice were cold and oily and chicken balls tasted stale. The main dishes were thankfully hot - but will not be ordering again. Very disappointed as had heard good reviews. Overall very average.

What’s happened????? Has this place changed hands?????? Been going here years and food has always been great, but tonight it was absolutely terrible. Didn’t recognise any of the staff at front or in kitchen and the dishes, although ordering the same, are totally different. Chips swimming in a dishwater looking sauce with no flavour, and other dishes bland with half the usual ingredients missing, most of the meals went uneaten as they were just not palatable. Such a shame, total waste of money and really disappointing, won’t be using again if this is the standard of food that is now being produced
