Always amazing service from the lady that takes the orders, she’s polite and professional. The food is always on time and we regularly order because the food and service is so good. I’ve been impressed by the cleanliness and the covid protocols they have put in place.

Extremely horrible place woman at front desk is not the greatest person to be welcomed by as she doesnt even have a smile on her face her attitude is as bad as her constant non friendly face. People who work in the there are not any better. Food is as bad as the people running the place and the workers in the shop. horrid place extremely dirty and no sense of hygiene what so ever. This is not the place to eat out from unless you dont mind wasting your money on tasteless dry cold food and disgusting customer service provided by the lady at the desk and workers in the shop. I would advice people 2 stay clear. The place is a complete shambles.

Been coming here for many years. My go to takeaway. Always hot when delivered. Friendly and welcoming staff. If I ever do have a problem it is always resolved.

Nice friendly person answered my call when ordering. Food was nice. Never had a bad takeaway from this place. Thanks.

Just ordered. The meal needed re heating but I accept it does on occasions. I ordered bbq spare ribs which sadly were extremely tough and covered in gristle, the honey roast pork was also tough particularly around the edges and far, far too many onions. In fairness my wife had sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style which she enjoyed. Seems hit and miss depending on what you order. A shame.

I loved my Chinese I was very full, food was delicious and smelt so good thank u jade east. Was a long wait but I didn't mind as was very busy .

This is one of those takeaways that could be good but due to nothing but laziness it isn’t... the Chinese staff are rude, they expect £10 minimum card spend which is now illegal, the food is over cooked and has barely any taste and for what you get the price is extortionate! This place has gone down hill at a rapid speed and I no longer give them a chance to rectify these continuous problems

Had to give 1 star to be able to post review. 0 stars awarded . 2 small shrimps in the pancake roll and absolutely no chicken in the chicken chow mein. Virtually no egg in the egg fried rice. Have phoned and complained. I was offered a credit note for the chow mein but as I'm never going there again it's no use to me. Asked for the correct dish and waited 40 minutes for it. I've given the first dish back to them but I'm wondering if that's a mistake as someone else might get it after I've raked through it! Delivery charge of £1.20 on top of it all. My advice, use a different takeaway as I am going to do.
