Cooked to order and worth the wait , delicious chips , battered sausage , haddock and curry sauce . Some indoor seating in the chip shop but we walked down to the coastal park and enjoyed it in the sun.

·

Lovely crisp batter, great chips and friendly staff

·

Fantastic choice of freshly cooked food, never a disappointment and great chips every time.

·

Came up from Gillingham just for this and it was definitely worth the trip. Best chips around!

·

Amazing fish and chips and great value for money!

·

Friendly staff, I was very impressed with the large fresh battered cod, however the chips were under the fish so was very slimy from the oil also the chip portion was very small especially compared to the fish, so a bit underwhelming unfortunately.

Been using Ozzies for 7 years have tried everything on the menu except kebab and I must say it all tastes good...only thing I wish he done is shish kebabs as really miss not being able to have one unless I drive a 16 mile round journey

The worst chips I've ever tasted this place needs Gordon Ramsey ASAP. They need to Change the oil and cook the chips fresh. Someone needs to have a word with the owner.

I worked in Ozzie’s chip shop in the kitchen it’s very dirty the chips are done in an old bath in the kitchen when we locked up food in the hot ovens were switched off and reheated next morning ,the kebab was left out all night then turned back on when a customer wanted some ,because we only sold about 15 kebabs a day it sometimes was there for up to four days,,,the fish was great in there always cooked fresh, but the fridges was only cleaned once every month and sometimes did smell a little,,just be careful if you do eat there in the summer,,,he has a secret room above the chippy, with a bed and the condition of the mattress was filthy, covered in mouse droppings,,I’m not saying do not eat there,,but it’s up to you,

Best local fish and chips I have had for a long time. Cooked fresh and still piping hot when I get them home 14 miles away.
