Only popped in for coffee and a snack. Clean and tidy, quick friendly service. Food and drink fresh and good.

I asked the owner to surprise me with what I would be eating and back came the chicken burger with all the extras inside. Very creative burger and very creative owner, delicious!The chicken kebab on a bed of rice with salad was a joy to eat and the owner again surprised me.Great food, great value for money in these tough times.Would recommend Parkwood Cafe to anybody. Made to feel welcome, made to feel satisfied!

Traditional cafe, large portions lots of options especially for breakfast. Quick and friendly. It's cash only but there is a cash point just around the corner

Breakfast was excellent, apart from the coffee which was weak and made mainly with milk. Seemed to be the only coffee on offer. It was made using a single spoon of powdered coffee in a mug and hot milk. Not nice at all. But as I said above the cooked breakfast was excellent and arrived very promptly after ordering. Improve the coffee and I would give 5 stars!

The atmosphere in this cafe is quite exceptional. All the staff members make you feel welcome when you go there and make you feel as though you are a part of their family. The food is diverse and is what you would expect of a cafe and more. The owner is a lovely man and engages with you in a way that a good friend would.Will gladly be going back again and again.

At once both a no-nonsense cafe while offering really nice food. Everything is cooked to order, so while there might be a slightly longer wait than other places, it is definite worth it IMO.I’ve only had breakfast, but they have quite a broad menu for lunch too. The tables are nice too, and the staff are pleasant and efficient..Definitely recommended!

I along with friends used to use the cafe for breakfast which was good and reasonable went last Saturday and it looks like it's changed hands, different staff, food not as well cooked and service not up to previous standards.Probably won't be going back which is a shame.
