Parkwood Kebab & Burger House in Medway

Ordered for the first time last night. Had the 3 in 1 kebab box (Lamb & chicken shish & lamb kofte). All the meat was great, quality of salad was just right and sauces complemented the meat. The chilli sauce was not too hot. It was delivered promptly too. Will definitely order again.

Food is always hot and never greasy. Service is fantastic and always with a smile.

Place is nice and clean and well seated.Chips were over cooked. Burger was alright.Service was fairly prompt. Average overall.

I love this place, great portions and lovely foodmy only problem is that you can't order garlic & herb sauce online - I would order 4 of these for a pizza

Lovely fresh food. Ordered burger and kebab tonight for me and hubbie. Tasted great. Delivered to door, friendly delivery driver. Will definately be ordering again.

Have never had a problem with this place as the food is always good but tonight 08/01/21 they have been ever so poor. The food turned up wrong we rang up to tell them and they said they will replace it which was fine an hour had gone by and nothing... rang again and the lady who answered the phone didn’t know what she was doing... then passed us onto someone else and said we are coming to get wrong food and you have the money back, has gone rather downhill recently...

One of the best kebab takeaway’s for miles well worth the drive from Lower Halstow to get a Parkwood Number One enough for a family of four and great value for money and always freshly grilled

Crumbs! What can I say? I walked into this establishment on Saturday evening at around 6.45pm, the store was reasonably busy with many of the customers sitting there with sorry looks upon their faces, little did I know that I would soon become one of these unhappy customers. I ordered a very simple order that should have had me in and out of the door within 5 minutes sharp!... but no, I sat there and was able to read 'War and Peace' from cover to cover without any disturbance. The six manned kitchen was struggleing to keep up with the customers orders, this was suprising considering they had everything from burgers, chicken, pitta breads, jelly and ice cream sitting on the grill pilled up as high as the celing. I eventually got home bruised, battered and half the man I once was by the onslaught I recieved at Parkwood Kebab, I was hoping for perfection, but was left disapointed. Hopefully the team at Parkwood Kebab can iron out their timing issues as I have a christening to host next week.
