Pink Paprika in Medway

Used to love this place and go/ order frequently. Made an order on the 31st December for £40.30 and was rung to say they couldn't do the order as distance was too far. Have not had a refund 17days later. Emailed management but still being ignored. Really saddened as we loved this place so much.4 Months later and still no refund :(

Very tasty hot food staff were very attentive and you don't wait long for your food we will go back .

There was alot of us for a birthday and they looked after us well , food was lovely and the service was excellent

I will always recommend Pink Paprika. The food is always great. The service is phenomenal.We asked Pink Paprika if they would take quite a large booking for a meal after our wedding ceremony - they said no problem at all! Naz was incredibly helpful in explaining the logistics of this and was extremely accommodating to a seating plan.I would like to thank the entire team at Pink Paprika for their hard work, service and skills.

I have eaten in numerous Indian restaurants since the 1980's including an ndian restaurant which holds Michelin stars and I have to say this is a restaurant to visit and try their cuisines.The staff will order your meal to how you like it and to your specifications and the food is excellent. My compliments go to the chef and the staff. I have a special thanks to give to mintu who has been very attentive to our tastes..Thank you all, brilliant food and service...👍

Last four times we’ve ordered from here it’s been bad, used to be excellent but I don’t know if they have changed the chefs or the ingredients but the only reason we have kept ordering for so long is because my dad likes the curry dishes (I can’t eat them because they are so oily they give me a bad stomach) and the onion bahjees but tonight even they were all soft. My chicken shaslick was like leather tonight and the mango chutney was like water, food was hot so it can only be bad ingredients or badly cooked. It takes an hour and half to get delivered to st Mary’s island and costs over £30 but I struggled with the shaslick and only managed to eat 2 small bits! My dad is 70 and will eat anything so I said that’s it for me I’m not ordering from them again to throw mine in the bin, if he wants to order for himself he can but never again for me. Really is a shame because it used to be so good
