Pizza Express - Rochester in Medway

Such a busy pizza express BUT this did not effect the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff or the waiting time. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

We have recently visited twice in the last 2 months. The tuna nicoiise salad was 98% leaves this time. Hardly any anchovies or tuna definitely not worth over £11. We felt all orders lacked the amount of filling usually offered will not be going back anytime soon.

Lovely mothers day lunch, all staff were really lovely, but a special mention goes out to Sandra-excellent customer service 😊

Booked a table for lunch which is a great idea on a Saturday as it was very busy. Ordered drinks which came after the starters and mains turned up which was a pain but the staff were super nice and apologised and without asking gave us some money off the bill in way of the apology so you can't grumble. Clean and toilets tidy. Food always 👍🏻. I would go again. Situated on a nice little high street with lots of other eating places if it's too busy to get in.

Great experience services and food was amazing I gave them a challenge of them choosing my dishes and I had off the menu dishes which was incredible would deffently return.

Today I been to the restaurant to celebrate my niece birthday, we had a lovely time, the staff was awesome, food delicious, I'm pleased. We served by Magda, she was a lovely waitress, was our first time in this place.I give 5 stars but if I can i would like to give 10 stars, I'm so happy. Thank you for the amazing service. Caroline X

Was quite busy but the atmosphere was good. Staff were very helpful. Took a while for food but then it was being cooked to order. Pizza was very nice. First time so was impressed

Really dissapointed recently! First of all ordered a takeawy online a few weeks back to collect. Recieved email confirmation etc.... Went to collect and was then told that they didnt have a particular base, so therefore havent cooked anything yet for us. Apparently they couldnt contact us to tell us as they didnt have our contact details, even though they had sent an email confirmation earlier in the day. We then had to wait for 30 minutes whislt they cooked a replacement. Defeated the object of order and collect.On Thursday we booked a table to eat there the following day Friday. Then a few hours before our booking they called (which proves they could access our details from an online booking) and said they could no longer accomodate booking and offered a table at bluewater instead which is 20 miles up the road.A real shame as I do enjoy the food and hope the service improves

I've never visited a Pizza Express before but decided to pop into my local. The decor is very sweet, complete with men in stripey tops making pies. The staff were all friendly and attentive, they checked in with us often but weren't at all pushy. The food is decent enough but it does seem quite expensive for such simple fare. You can't beat the high street location though, it's very convenient for a day or evening out.
