Pizza Hut in Medway

Friendly staff.Rebecca in particular was lovely.Great pizzas served really hot.Ice cream factory to follow which was clean and well stocked.Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Ordering on your phone rather than to a waitress takes time and detracts from eating out. Waitresses were polite when bringing food and food was nice. Very expensive though and initially kept waiting although there were plenty of staff moving around cleaning etc

Staff was lovely, very helpful and friendly.Ordered food and arrived quickly. Pizza was lovely and hot ordered onion rings and fries.All food was hot and very tasty. Last thing we had was warm brownie with chocolate sauce with ice cream, whole meal was really tasty. 5 stars, thank you very much Pizza Hut. Worth every penny paid.

Really nice food in the hut.And they changed the buffet pizzas for fresh when they were becoming dry.Ice cream was really good .Only downside is you have to order online now from your phone so only 4 stars for the review.

Have been here twice over the last week and both times there were a lot of items not available such as garlic bread, red onion, rocket. When you order on the app there are some items that arnt available, but you can ask and order them manually if they have them. Veg looked like it had been sat there for a long time and not really fresh. Otherwise service was great and when the food (that was available) arrived, it was really nice.

Visited Pizzahut Chatham today and cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. I was warmly greeted by Kara & Bobby on arrival. Although busy they accommodated our large party. The Buffett was excellent and plentiful. I have visited this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed.

Unbelievably unhygienic! The tables were sticky and dirty, the toilets were vile - on par with a public beach toilet. We had to order our food online which was super slow, then the wait for the food was super long. Most of our order was sitting on the side (they must of been waiting for other parts to be cooked) so by the time it eventually got to us, we had cold chips and barely warm pizza. The pizza was undercooked and one was inedible. Not once did any staff come and check on us. No service here whatsoever, we would have been better off ordering a takeaway. This place seriously needs a random inspection!

Very clean and helpful staff - we ate at the buffet and asked if they would be making a particular pizza -once it had been cooked the staff member came to find us to let us know it was about to go out

You have to have a smart phone with you to order at Pizza Hut at the moment. This is the only way you can order the food and pay. The benefit of this is, when you have finished you can just up and leave.I'm sure that this has had an effect on the tips given as all the waiting staff is bring you your food and tidy away. Other than that there is no interaction between staff and customers.Although hard to spot, when you see the mistake with the letters you'll find it annoying.

Absolutely could not fault the service, the manger guided us through what we needed to do with ordering and making sure my partner had no cheese on her pizza. The pizza's tasted amazing and could not fault the taste and quality of them in anyway. The only disappointment was the quality of the chips and for the price was a let down.
