Pizza Hut Delivery in Medway

Today my boyfriend and my son ordered pizza from Rochester after football and They speak with really cool guy who is manager there and make the best day with some discount and delicious pizza too. Thank you very much Karl. You make people happy

Never send food on time always late and never pick up the phone

Worst management ever. They don't know how to run something like that and really don't care about customers.I ordered my pizzas, and they arrived 2 hours later (yes, TWO HOURS), after at least 3 phone calls from my wife or me. Every time they promised to call back with info or to let us know, but they never did. After acknowledging the delay, the only things they were able to say it is: "we don't work like this, we are better", but nothing else, not a proper apology, no reimbursement, nothing.Btw, the pizzas and the sides arrived quite cold, they told me to call them back, but I had enough of them for a night.Also, the quality of the pizza was better, but I don't know if this is related to the single shop.Avoid it if you don't want your pizza night to be ruined.

Never had a worse experience in my life, where do you get these managers from? A paper bag would be too much for them to handle I think. Three hours for delivery, when I spoke to the manager he told me to come down and collect. He was apparently the store manager. I ordered delivery for a reason, not collection. Never had this problem with dominoes, will go to them in future, what mistake this was. I will be telling everyone I know not to order from here.

Hiring process at this restaurant: do you know how to cook? No? No problem, does it take you an hour to hand a pizza to a delivery driver after its cooked? Yes? Great! Do you have the IQ of a pizza? Yes? YOUR HIRED.

Only tried Pizza Hut as dominos website was down and that was a mistake.Ordered 4 pizzas 2 sides and desert. Delivery was 70-80 minutes which I wasn’t super annoyed at considering it was a Saturday night, however one of the pizzas was missing most of the toppings, another clearly burnt. Both of the sides were completely missing. The other 2 pizzas were fine but still not as good as alternatives.Phoned multiple times and no one ever picked up. The online support would take up to 72 hours to respond so obviously no replacement food was on the table.Would never return.

Ordered through there app. The food is always hot & fresh. The delivery person is always friendly & helpful. They've been the only delivery person that put the boxes at front door & stand well back.

We ordered two large pizzas, very disappointing. The fajita and pineapple / ham pizza. When I opened the box it really did not look like pizza hut quality. The dough was definitely not the standard of pizza hut. I would like my money back and u can collect these awrful pizzas.
