Pizza Hut in Medway

Fantastic service from Bobby, really friendly, chatty and smiling with everyone. Helped us with our order as we didn't get on with the app, he got everything right and didn't rush us at all. Made our night, the food was great too!!!

The pizzas were good, so were the sides.Unfortunately the salad bar was a mess!We were there at 5.15,tables hadn't been cleared,the menu we were given was sticky. It looked like there was a staffing problem.In general the restaurant was very tired looking.

Visited at 12:45 and the store was not too busy with plenty of tables available. We ordered the buffet but when we got up to get pizza, there was hardly any available and there were about 8 people just hanging around waiting for pizzas to come out. Also, no cheesy pasta available and when I asked was told that it was still frozen and would not be available. My worst ever experience at a Pizza Hut.

Food is great but had to ask for glasses and twice I asked for my desert came out with a chocolate brownie instead of a a cookie dough

Friendly staff.Rebecca in particular was lovely.Great pizzas served really hot.Ice cream factory to follow which was clean and well stocked.Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Staff were really friendly and due to us having a really long wait for our tables to be cleared and to order our deserts, we had 10% removed from our bill which was nice of the management.Food was OK, salad bar options are not great and was messy but I think that's Pizza Hut overall in general.

Ordering on your phone rather than to a waitress takes time and detracts from eating out. Waitresses were polite when bringing food and food was nice. Very expensive though and initially kept waiting although there were plenty of staff moving around cleaning etc

Staff was lovely, very helpful and friendly.Ordered food and arrived quickly. Pizza was lovely and hot ordered onion rings and fries.All food was hot and very tasty. Last thing we had was warm brownie with chocolate sauce with ice cream, whole meal was really tasty. 5 stars, thank you very much Pizza Hut. Worth every penny paid.

Have been here twice over the last week and both times there were a lot of items not available such as garlic bread, red onion, rocket. When you order on the app there are some items that arnt available, but you can ask and order them manually if they have them. Veg looked like it had been sat there for a long time and not really fresh. Otherwise service was great and when the food (that was available) arrived, it was really nice.

Absolutely could not fault the service, the manger guided us through what we needed to do with ordering and making sure my partner had no cheese on her pizza. The pizza's tasted amazing and could not fault the taste and quality of them in anyway. The only disappointment was the quality of the chips and for the price was a let down.
