Planet Pizza in Medway

Very poor experience. Ordered tortilla base pizzas due to a health condition and being unable to eat regular pizza bases. Food was delivered and the pizzas were the wrong base. Phoned the restaurant and first time was hung up on. Second try and they refused to send the correct pizzas. Very poor customer service

Good food, cooked well and isn't pricey, hygiene could be a little better.

Reheated chips, not sure on ribs, chewy, funny colour and taste, large deep pan pizza was ok, not very thick for a deep pan though, Small Margherita was so thin and tasteless was like cardboard, and finally the 7" garlic bread was similar to the Margherita but swimming in oil

Ordered through uber eats, half the order turned up...phoned and they said the rest would be delivered in 10 minutes....the food did not turn up...called again, was told I'm a woman and should listen to them!!!...I was swore at and told not to phone again...took my money did not deliver all my order, refused a refund...they were rude, swore at me and half my family was not fed..disgusting...they should be shut down

Absolutely rubbish, they take orders but dont bring, they confirm it on just eat app but they dont bring 😑 ... one of the worst experience i ever had.. never again ordering from this whole!

TRY TO ORDER TONIGHT HE SAID HIS NAME IS HASAN AND HIS THE MANAGER. SO RUDE WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN. WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER BUT AFTER HIS REDNESS I WILL MAKE SURE MY REVIEWS ARE ON ALL THE SITES.

This is the worst restaurant to order from in the area !! They’re the rudest people I’ve ever come across when ordering. They are very dismissive and come across unhappy. Do not order from here , if I could give a 0 I would.

Absolutely would avoid like the plague! Rude staff after delivering the wrong food. Refused to replace food and the swore at me. Disgusting staff.

I have rated them highly in the past on ubereats. A regular customer from last few months but won't be ordering again. Ordered via ubereats and ordered supposed to be delivered by 5:40pm the latest. Received after 30mins. Called the restaurant and the guy sounded very rude. Wish I could give them ZERO Star.

Use this place alot. Its our favourite pizza but every now and then they use a different cheese in the crust. Its like mush and it tastes like s**t. When we rang about it before they admitted its cause they ran out of there normal cheese and this was just a replacement until delivery etc. So no problem. Went back to normal, beautiful pizzas.Well this time they denied they changed the cheese, and said just dont eat the crust...well im sorry thats not good enough. When I asked to talk to manager quite conveniently he was not in and this man was working on his own. He kept repeating this cheese is quality but I tell u something, its not, even my dog didn't have any. I said we don't want the pizza come collect and refund but he could not do that without managers say so. So tomorrow im taking the pizza in a carrier bag to the shop and demanding some sort of apology and to prove how disgusting it really was!! I guess I'll keep you all updated
