Quality Chicken & Ribs in Medway

Best chicken shop in Gillingham & one of the least greasy I've ever been to.

The chicken tastes good but it arrived lukewarm and was pink inside. Fries were soggy and completley cold. Also the 7 up tasted weird and the cans seemed suspiciously heavy.

I ordered peri peri wrap meals and instead I got chicken strep inside the meal couldn’t even eat that as it was sooo hard, dry and old when I called that the order was done wrong the lady just simply said sorry I cannot help as the shop is busy just very unprofessional and worse customer service

Ordered food for take away .Brought the food home 🏘️.Oh my god !!!Rubbish food .Took some pictures for council and food and safety!Don't know who gives them license.

The worst place ever! The service is so rude. I asked for chicken legs and get chicken tight ( which i hate) . I nicely ask if they can change it but their started created the problems. Never again i go there.

Really expensive food for below average quality. For comparison, large fries are more expensive than at Burger King.

Terrible service. Waited 2 hours for food to be delivered when I just live a few streets away. Had to cook something and ended up cancelling the order. Called them twice to ask for an update on my order but they simply said it was coming soon without even checking. Was rudely left on hold with no reply when I called again. No apology for the late service despite me speaking respectfully and patiently on the phone with them. Very disappointed. Do not order from here!

Can't give 0 stars place is useless, food turned up two hours late and ice cold. driver claimed said it was ordered at 6.20 and was ordered at 5.15. informed driver that we had asked for refund as he was two hours late. Driver then stated company policy was to keep the food and walked away visibly eating it. Also when you call the restaurant the phone is off the hook so clearly have far too many complaints and don't wanna talk to their customers do not use this restaurant at all costs they have taken food from a child's mouth they are the lowest of the low.

Took over 25 mins for food and then they rushed because my train was about to leave. Paid extra for coleslaw which was discussing and threw straight away and they said I would get a folk with it with I did not. Chicken was not fully done and chips where cold
