Terrible service!!! Over priced and then forgot the lamb shish which they blamed on us saying it was in the bag which is was clearly not!!! Will never order from again very rude staff!!!!!!

Kerem, gyosettin and Ishmael are great people. Friendly and great service, nice food always.

It was okay, nothing special to write home about. Prefer the burgers to the kebabs and definitely won't order the cheesy chips again as them seem to be microwave them to melt the cheese making the chips soggy.

First time tried this kebab shop and was very impressed from the minute walked in. The younger guy served us was very polite, the older guy cooked our food promptly and it was all double bagged up for us. Very polite staff, very clean shop and the cooking area was also very clean. Got home, ate our food (5) and was very nice! In all we would highly recommend this kebab shop and we will definitely use again, thank you to the staff.

Our order arrived 2 x cheese burger meals.What we actually received was 2 plain burgers no cheese. Warm and No drinks.The onion rings had No actual onion in.When contacting super grill they offerd to bring the cheese but our food was was warm when we received it.Considering super grill is only (80yards) away from me.

Nice food but was told 45 minutes for delivery, delivered 95 minutes rang up twice. Not happyShame as now will go else where, been going here for a few years but may have changed hands.Customer service or over worked you decide

Very well prepared food! Fresh and the service is spot on. Its ideal for us as they are only walking distance from us.Would highly recommend.

Fast friendly service.Purchased 2 meat and chips and found meat nicely cut in thin strips ,crisped and tastes of lamb.Chips nice and crisp.

One chicken burger was incorrect out of our £55 order which was their error I called and asked for the ONE CHICKEN BURGER to be replaced NOT the whole order even though it was 2 trips out for my daughter & her boyfriend so his dinner and the chips went cold...and we didn’t eat all together ...When my daughter went to collect the correct burger one of the staff said she needed to return it or pay for the replacement after I was told they would replace it for FREE (when I had actually paid for it!) she was then told:... it had to go in their bin not hers... she knows nothing about the food industry... she just wanted a free burger and she was LYING!They actually made her cry in the shop as they repeatably argued and shouted these points in front of everyone .... SO ....I TOOK THE CHICKEN BURGER BACK & said we spend on average £50 per order once a week (£200 a month) and I will NEVER buy from their place again. That is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced because he was still even shouting back at me when I said here is the burger I’ve come to return it even though on the phone they never asked for it back... DISGUSTING!!!
