Ruby Chinese Takeaway in Medway

Lovely food. Been in hospital for 5 days, needed food. Went above and beyond to deliver to main entrance. Delivered at exact time requested, and food was hot. Driver very polite. Would recommend!

Beautiful food usually, but won't be ordering from Ruby ever again. Terrible phone manner (kept getting met with silence when talking and had to prompt for updates and assurance of where our food was), kitchen didn't apologise when it was extremely late, driver apologised which wasn't his fault. It's arrogance. Unprofessional to blame it all on the driver, when you were very delayed cooking the order in the first place instead of being honest as a company.Waited nearly two hours for food which will probably come by bed time.

Food is great, only good thing about it.theres been numerous times where I have ordered from here, they've accepted the order, taken my money then cancelled it straight away, I ring up to ask why and I get told I'm too far away yet they deliver to here all the time? & I still havent received any refunds from the 4/5 times they have cancelled my order

I've ordered here for almost 2 years now. The food is brilliant always hot, cooked through and through, and for a good price too. I don't go anywhere else. Good job.

Second time I have used them. Delivery came I paid the driver. About one hour later the driver comes back and asks for the money again and said I haven't paid. I rang the shop to complain and they didn't want to know just kept saying driver say you haven't paid. I paid the driver £25.00 in cash when he delivered the food the first time. Will NEVER Use AGAIN

Really surprised how lovely the food was. I know they had issues last year but thought I would give them a try. Food was on time cooked thoroughly very tasty I would definitely use again. Well done all

No way will I ever order from here again!! We cancelled our order after the telephone staff argued with us about how long we had been waiting, then she hung up! So rude, the customer service stinks more than their poor food imo!! Disgusting behaviour from their staff considering it was our first order with them. Read reviews here after ordering if I'd have read before I wouldn't have bothered. Seems to me they really need to get their act together if they want to gain custom!

If I could give no stars I really would I wouldn’t waste any time or money on this place it’s it completely horrible the chips are really slaty, they got my order wrong the chicken was undercooked I really am not happy the delivery driver was rude and arrogant it clearly states when you order over £15 worth you also get some prawn crackers which my little boy absolutely loves I spent over £16 and did not receive them so I also have a really upset child that wanted prawncracker.Thank you for making my Valentine’s Day very horrible!!

I usually like this place, I ordered vegetarian spring rolls and received one with meat in it. When I phoned the guy on the phone he was so unhelpful and rude saying that I didn't order vegetarian, he stated that the mini pancake rolls are the vegetarian option, though this isn't stated on the menu. So rude and uncaring about a customer not happy with their order. I have ordered vegetarian spring rolls before, I had to ask if they had them, so ordering from them a few more times I didn't ask if they made them I just ordered them. The situation wasn't rectified and I am not happy. So rude, never eating their again, ruined my evening.
