Sancho's Takeaway in Medway

I have been going to Sancho's for years now and can still say they are the best kebab place I have ever been to. Never had a problem with the food and the staff are very nice. If I ever order on Just Eat they always arrive before the allotted time too

Ordinarily i'm not a complainer... everyone makes mistakes or can miss something from an order on the "odd" occasion ( except KFC, Courtney Road!)For the last few months they've been providing a less than acceptable service and quality of food. I even went to the store in Canterbury Street and advised them of this, and asked what the problem was? they assured me it was just a few problems and that it wouldn't be an issue in the future. Since this time their food has been dreadful. pizza toppings missing on every order which I've paid extra for and the kebab went straight in the bin, it was awful. They don't answer their phone ...I'm done with Sancho's

Always phone up to place an order over the phone e now several months of phonenumber onleaflet and when Google sancho the number is no exist which is very dissapointing as I once thought they were good service.

Used to be a shining Establishment in gillingham producing the nicest kebabs and biggest pizza, has hit rock bottom, both in service and hygiene.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very bad 👎 👎customer services the worst I ever comecrossI have ordered my food pay online and ather 30minits they cancelled my order send text messages to pay £2 charge for delivery bud on they app not showings a minimum payment to order.The order has been paid .I call the shop very rude staff !!!!!!!!!!!Now I need to wait for my money 5daysI will never order from this place again just make aware to other people .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BE CAREFUL!!!

Chicken shish and chicken doner is so delicious. Polite and friendly delivery drivers. Person on the phone was friendly and listened carefully. My son loves their pizzas

Decent place. Meat is quite tasty. Friendly staff... Definitely worth a try

The doner kebab was fabulous with friendly staff. But, half of my chips were re fried which damages the texture by taking in oil and it's like having oil sponges . Hope the management reads this and improves on it.

The meat and chips arrived in a small container despite ordering a large so very disappointed with portion size. Was warm but not hot. The meat was dry and quite chewy. The chips part of my order consisted of a small handful

I would give a 0 if I could. I'm certain it wasn't chicken I was served. There was large amount of odd looking (not chicken) skin in the meat that had small spikey things in it. Also, the cheese on the chips was off. Foul food. Would NOT recommend buying from here.
