Well how sad - have used for many years but sadly I just had last delivery as it has gone so far down hill. Ordered medium chips and large codArrived cold and chips were dry rang up and fair enough sent more chips and they were hot but that’s as far as it goes they were awful and cod so flat and small. I appreciate price of fish but your standards have slipped and we will take our custom elsewhere where we get value for money!

The food here is always fresh and impressive had a takeaway fish and chips a huge piece of fish I had.

Ordered a kids sausage and chips meal, small meat and chips and a mixed kebab.The lamb meat was not nice, very dry. The chip shop chips were over cooked and soggy.The mixed meat portion was small, considering it was £8My child refused to eat his dinner and normally he loves sausage and chips.Very disappointed

I went to the restaurant yesterday (16/12/2021) and made an order for a small chicken donner and chips and a small battered sausage. I was charged £9.80 by 2 young lads working in there. I then went home and checked your prices on just eat to find that I should have only been charged £7.80. Not nice at all and feel completely embarrassed as they were both talking and giggling amongst themselves, looking at me obviously planning to overcharge me. Idiots really disappointing.

I have ordered from here fairly regularly. It started out pretty good. A good deal is the mixed kebab tray. However it has progressed into seriously delayed deliveries, ignorance with the menu requests. Extra pickle chillies? You don’t even get one!!!!Extra onion, nooo how dare you ask for extra, we’ll minimise the normal amount.2/3 of our latest orders didn’t even contain one pickle chilli. We tip the drivers well, despite the pathetic service!Time to stop supporting this ignorant local business!!!Never on time!!!

This is a regular for us and pretty much always have the same meal and we have used delivery and collection. Usually excellent and food quality hasn't changed, just got our order a little wrong the last two times, so have only given 4 stars.

Absolutely shocking food, we have ordered from here for a long time and always had good service. We received our food an hour and a half late and all, not just dripping in grease but absolutely swimming in it. After phoning them and explaining the problem they agreed that we'd get our next meel free to the same value.Having just put the same order in again we've just spent 15 minutes bartering with them about what was agreed.. Finally we're paying £10.00 for something that they're reneging on... Absolutely shocking.. I recommend that you don't use them... After years of using them and recommending them we will never use them again.

Ordered online with delivery time 30mins after 1 HR waiting I decided to phone was told it's really busy and will be with me in a bit? 1hr and 30 minutes later it turns up. Chips was dry and cold more crispy hence waiting time over cooked Maybe ?? The fish was cold and very greasy £17.50 over priced and not great food. If it was more fresh and less greasy this would be great. But unfortunately I won't be going back .👎 Young kid delivered to our door?? Also was meant to get 10% discount? Didn't get that either?

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!If you value your money do not buy anything from this shop, £17.50 is what I paid for two combination kebabs (seen below) and compared to other shops the quantity is completely unacceptable especially for the price, I phone the shop to be greeted by a rude woman who transferred me to the manager and he was no help what so ever! He told me “just go through just eat then”Rude, expensive, unhelpful and the worst experience I have ever had from a fast food delivery.
