Silver Sea in Medway

Food was meant to be 40-50 minutes. 55 minutes later, nothing, call restaurant "he left ten minutes ago". Wait another half an hour. Call again 25 minutes later. "He's left five minutes ago". When I queried why I was told they had already left. "I don't know, I just repeat what the kitchen say". Terrible service.

Ordered twice for a home delivery and spent a lot of money for it to be over 30 minutes late both times. Will not be ordering again

I appreciate its Christmas Eve, but an hour and a half late and app says delivered. Happy to take my money but no food and phone off the hook. Furious and now at this time of night cannot order anything else. Will never order from here again

I've been ordering from SilverSea for quite long time, never had a bad meal, deliveries always on time and good portions. Will order from them again and highly recommended.

This is the the third time I ordered from this place since moved to Rainham. Meals were delicious and hot.

Have used this takeaway numerous times and the food is always good. But do not order on Christmas eve. Ordered at 6pm to be told would be about an hour and half to two hours for delivery. That was just about OK.. Half past 8 still no delivery so phoned again. Told sorry would be 10mins. 8.55pm still not here. Phoned again. Told it would be 15 minutes. I asked if this was definitely the case as been given two delivery times which have not happened. Was told the delivery times were estimates?? Leave you to make your own minds up if they were fair 'estimates'. To the owners just tell us the bloody truth so we can then make a balanced decision. For one night of obviously placing making as much money as you can over customer service you have lost a very loyal customer tonight.
