Snack Bar Best Kebab in Medway

Poor quality of food. Waited over 2 hours for delivery despite being told it would be 10 mins after waited an hour already. Turned up cold, soggy chips, hard chicken and lamb, limp salad and un edible. Shame as always had an ok experience despite the wait before.

I could have cooked it myself and walked it there and back quicker!!! Called 3 times and constantly told 5mins, 5mins... DO NOT BOTHER!!!!! Completely spoils the idea of a treat!!!!

Don't bother with their app. An hour and a half. 3 phone calls asking where my food is, told minutes away each time. Turned up eventually an hour and a half late. Driver says its been in the car half an hour. It's all cold. Chips are soggy. On a Monday night? Really. Too many apps too many ways to order, sending drivers out with 5-6 orders across Medway. Manager blaming the driver, the driver blaming the shop. Its unacceptable.

Great kebabs, great service, they do get very busy so be prepared to wait for your order, but its well worth it!

First time in a long while ordering from here. Won't be ordering again. Food was cold had to heat in microwave. Also chicken kebab had no chargrilled peppers and only one green chilli (even though I'd asked for extra chilli's) quarter of a tomato and just a mass of shredded lettuce with very little chicken.

Well i placed order tonight normally they are pretty good but tonight was terrible they told me it was foing to be an hour which i said was fine as i rang it at 7.30pm but then i called at 9.00pm as didnt have the food which then was told 10 15 mins but nothing so rang back then got told another 10 mons what the hell just wanted my food

Waited in the grubby little shop for 45 mins for my order after ordering it online.. 20 mind earlier.. No communication, no apologies, very little customer service at all tbf. Then when we got the chicken Kebabs the pitta breads were soaked in Greece.Won't use them again even though they are my nearest.Totally disgraceful

Absolutely fantastic food for the price, good service speedy delivery. The quantity of food they give is to much for me and I like my food, but this was a challenge I have admit I am defeated. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use again and again.

Having eaten at this place for 15 years+. Sadly my review is negative, I've ignored previous mistakes, as mistakes happen. I am appalled at the service today. Whilst the food is a good standard, the customer service is so poor for a long standing business. Having ordered through their website and not a third party (as requested by the staff in previous times to make them more money vs Just Eat etc). Also forfeiting myself any protection for refunds etc when doing this. The order arrived correct except 1 burger. Disappointed already, we rang and were passed to 3 different people in the shop relaying the order several times...before speaking to someone who asked us for the wrong burger back and they would send the correct burger. The burger was delivered much later and the driver opened the wrong burger on our door step to check we hadn't eaten it or that it was indeed incorrect which is absolutely disgusting service and made my family member feel very awkward and embarrassed. This infuriated me so much that I visited the shop reluctantly to speak to the staff member who knows me to which I was confronted by another staff member who wished to argue with me that the order was correct when they know they got it wrong first time, my friends and family order from here and I was ready to tell them to boycott the shop. The more 'amicable' staff member had to tell him to go out the back as the rude one continued to argue. Anyway, if your order is correct...No issues, if you're order is wrong, don't expect any type of remuneration/ customer service even if you're a loyal customer who has regularly placed orders over a number of years. This is just my experience but it's important I share. Please ensure if you are deciding to order from here that you use Just Eat to protect your purchase collection or delivery. There are plenty of shops to order from, they did not seem bothered to lose several family's worth of ss. Strange business ethic... I can see this isn't the 1st review like mine either.

Ordered here for the first time last night, we got the special kebab which is a mixture of all kebab meats, chips with cheese & salad.The food was very nice, will definitely use again ☺️
