It is wonderful to say that my friend and I came here to eat different dishes. The taste of each dish is touching. It is a little expensive but it is wonderful. great taste with good service and clean environment that is why I like this.

The food was very nice, but after looking at the website before booking i really was expecting something more. I don’t think our pasta was handmade etc. Just pretty standard italian food that you can get anywhere in London.

The food here is excellent but I think what makes me want to go back is the service. I have been here twice and on both occasions the people who looked after us were fantastic. Very friendly and chatty, they seem to really enjoy their jobs and advising customers. Love it

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Cafe Murano - I was greedy (no regrets) and got the conchiglioni as a small size to start and then the rigatoni with spicy Italian sausage Ragu for a main. Absolutely stuffed but I really enjoyed both and thought the chestnuts were a thoughtful and seasonal addition to the conchiglioni with pesto. I didn't get much spice from the Italian sausage, but the fennel fragrance was very well balanced with the sweetness of the sauce, and the texture of the pasta itself in both dishes was exactly to my preference with a slight bite. The portion sizes for the pasta were incredibly generous and very well priced. I didn't give 5 starts as I thought the carafes were not as well priced. I will come back to enjoy more from the menu and the cocktails. The space is relaxing thanks to dark wood panels but kept bright enough by mirrored walls. Felt well-attended to by staff who were also flexible enough to send out a birthday gesture to my friend on short notice. Thank you for a great evening!

Having been at Murano I thought the cafe would also be a high standard but it was the opposite. The waiter took forever with everything and got confused about there own wine list. In the end the manager had to sort our drinks and dinner. The bone marrow was very slow with no prior warning it would take extra time and the main course of cod arrived cold like it had been sitting and had to ask for a new one to be cooked. The manager was nice enough to take it off the bill and when it returned it was nice but no where near the standard of the main restaurant which is disappointing. Wouldn’t return here but would go back to the main mayfair restaurant where the food and service was great.

We had the pre theatre menu, the presentation of the beetroot starter was very poor, it resembled a slaw dumped on a plate. We have had far better quality meals in the Covent Garden area and sadly this meal was adequate and did not live up to our expectations

Loved loved loved this place! Friend hired the whole place for birthday lunch. The staff couldn't have been nicer and food was brilliant! Highly recommend the pesto pasta, salt fish bites and chocolate tart!

Popped in for a weekday lunch, well cooked Italian food, attentive staff. Portion sizes surprisingly large! The bone marrow was the winner for me.

Popped in for a post theatre dessert and opted for the panna cotta. It was a really good panna cotta with amazing wobble, but that’s it. It was exactly what it said on the tin - the strawberries were just sliced strawberries, and the oat crumble was a tiny bit of smashed biscuit. Was expecting something more.

We had an amazing meal here this past Saturday night. The 5-star tone was set from the start when the GM personally came over to welcome us shortly after being seated and asked if we have dined with them before. I told him, "No, but we've heard good things from some Italian friends of ours, so the bar is set pretty high." He responded, "Show me the bar and I'll make sure we exceed your expectations." He did exactly that as the pasta was by far the best we've had outside of Florence. For our meal, we decided to start with the Sea Bream Crudo, which was not only vibrant and beautiful to look at, but so light and fresh...a perfect way to begin what was sure to be a heavier meal. We followed the Crudo with the Beef Carpaccio which was the most buttery and flavorful version of this dish we've ever had. For our mains, we enjoyed the Veal Shin Tortelli, Crab Spaghetti and Gnocchi, and finished off the meal with a scoop of stracciatella and an espresso. All of that, including £34 bottle of wine, came to just over £100, which we felt was an exceptional value for the service, food quality, portion size, ambiance and overall dining experience. We will definitely be back.I hope readers will find my review and photos helpful. For more from me, follow @tabestravels
