Summer Palace in Medway

The chicken satay that I ordered was not cooked properly and still breathing.When I called and spoke to manager, he refused to send out a replacement or offer a refund!Absolutely discussted with the customer service and I urge anyone ordering from here to bear that in mind or better yet DO NOT order from them period!

Bland, Bland, Bland every dish no flavour . Meat was ok but sauce like water. Honestly put some flavour in

ordered vegetarian rice without egg, and they delivered rice with eggs and when called restaurant about it, they denied it and Andy named person, Who couldn't speak properly said they cant do anything about it and hanged up the phone without listening anything. Food was worse, Chicken Noodle was greasy and full of black oil. Food wasn't fresh. Will never order again

Fantastic food, we had an item missing tonight and although they had closed they went out of their way to deliver, excellent service, thankyou summer Palace

Found this little gem during lock down. Has become our favorite Chinese. Nearly always fantastic food, my teenagers refuse to order from anywhere else.

Nicest Chinese takeaway I've had! The food was fresh and really tasty. Definitely our new favourite.

Had a lovely Chinese today delivery was quick food was fresh hot and very nice

First time trying this place because we moved and this is one of a few places that deliver to us, delivery driver called and took instructions on how to find us as we are hidden away, the food was still hot and absolutely delicious, I asked if the vegetarian chicken is suitable for vegans, they explained what it is and understood vegan very well, we tried a few different things and will definitely be ordering from here again.

Missing item in my delivery that I was charged for, luke warm food, my son's duck was all dry and charred and not a lot in there, the chicken balls were small and mostly batter - I don't think they were fresh. Driver seemed polite so he gets the one star. Sent a message to the restaurant, no refund for missing item has been offered. Very poor value for money.

After 15 years of trying all different Chinese tack aways in Medway summer palace is by far the best. They are quick on getting orders to you as well as the food being outstanding and hi quolity hot and the staff are fantastic. I would advice this Chinese tack away to all my family and friends this shouldn't be a 4.8 it should be a 5+ in my eyes ...
