Give this 4 star for the price. Not a giant Zoo just right. Great for kids but great for adults as well having the pub next door. I cant walk very far so appreciated all.the seating areas. The Animals are so well cared for and the staff so nice. We will return. Brilliant visit. Thankyou Fran Andy Sutton from Iwade Sittingbourne.

Visited with my father, was sat at a table which turned out to be terrible as was near the door that they were using continuously and staff kept leaving open (I had to leave my food several times to close it); subsequently my father was freezing as it was a chilly day and when the food arrived it was also cold very quickly! The food was terrible; worse I've had in a long time and expensive to boot! Chips over cooked; my father could not eat many as most were so over cooked they were too hard to consume and nothing like chips, I had a cheese burger and loaded fries; well cheeseburger was paper thin, gritty and the cheapest quality, the bun was a stodgy white roll cheese was a cheap cheese slice, fries had lots of chicken but the "bbq" sauce was just a cheap sweet sauce, the cheese used must have been very mild as also had no taste, I never leave food, especially when so expensive but could only force half the burger down and left the rest. The bar was also very quiet so not even the stress of bring run if their feet could be used, I do not recommend this pub to eat.

Took my wife, our daughter and two grandchildren (4 & 11). Great food and very generous portions. Service was brilliant. The added bonus for all of us is the zoo they also run. Much bigger than I thought it would be.

Eleven of us came over today for my grandson’s first birthday, we first walked around the zoo and then came in the pub for some food. We all had a great time and can’t fault any part of the experience,, thank you 😊😊

Such an awesome place to visit, specifically the actual zoo itself which has some amazing animals. The pub is ok, does a good pint of several beers, offered of course by Shepherd Neame. The big issue here is the food, which is very average. Our Sunday roast was not very nice at all.

Lovely little zoo, we had Sunday roast as well in the pub which was really nice, decent size and tasty. The staff in the pub are really friendly and helpful. We will go back

Visited the zoo then the pub. Website says to book but you actually can't when you message on Facebook and their phone number says we won't answer. Odd little side room quite horrid setting. Food was very economy compared to many other pubs that we have visited over the years. For 10 pounds per heard for basically cafe food ( although the pie was the only highlight) for a shepherd Neame pub well below the usual standard for the money.

Quick nice service, good food, reasonable prices. Lots of sitting places inside the zoo but some outside for customers not visiting zoo. I was impressed by the egg - well cooked and the yolk was orange like from my grandma's hens. Good quality ham but served cold! Ham and egg as well as hamburger served with no side salad, just chips. Kids enjoyed their nuggets with chips and sweetcorn; they also ate garlic bread so I assume it was tasty. Chicken goujones well cooked. My husband wasn't very happy with his burger.Good choice of local bear, nice and cold.No inside dining allowed and outside you can always find people smoking next to you. But we enjoyed the dinner. We were lucky to get one of the two roofed tables to hide from the sun.Lots of parking spaces - if the main park is full, there's another 2 min walk away.

Lovely place highly recommend it. Great for small children. As there isn't miles of walking so easy footpath.

Great little zoo, enjoyed our walk around today, bigger than we expected it to be. Wasn't a massive fan of the food served though, would probably bring a small picnic next time we visit or stick to a portion of chips.Looks as though they may be extending parts of the zoo, will keep an eye on social media to see if this is the case and visit again soon - great afternoon out for the kids
