The Pier Pub & Restaurant in Medway

Whenever I’ve been here with my family we are treated well. Good space, parking to the rear and plenty of seating to the front (outside) too.Had lunch (Saturday) and the food was great, well portioned and there’s plenty of drinks to chose from.Service was really good, there were 5 people looking after the place. What I can assume was the owner was running around like crazy but keeping everyone happy and everything running very smoothly despite the lack of staff. Good experience and I really hope this continues.

We visited the Pier today and the food was absolutely delicious and nicely presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for such a lovely food experience

Wish I could put no stars! Thought we would try somewhere different for weekday lunch. Arrived to be greeted with a man that was clearly having a bad day and took it out on two elderly women! Totally unacceptable and uncalled for. It wasn't our fault he was on his own as he kept reminding us as we tried to place our food order. Extremely rude and in the end I told him he could stick his lunch and took our business elsewhere.

Very welcoming proprietor, nice decor in the place itself, waitresses were friendly, the Sunday roasts were very nice indeed!

A truly excellent pub run by lovely people. This place has beautiful views of the waterfront and is super quiet. A lovely find for us and a must visit if you are around this way. There is an excellent selection of drinks, including guest ales and some quality keg beers too.

Really enjoyable lunch here with my daughter who lives in Upnor and recommended it. We had the fish and chips which was beautiful. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

Lovely spacious pub with plenty of seating and pleasantly decorated. Visited on a Friday lunchtime and no draught beers available and one or two others not available. Not sure how they would cope over the weekend. Would give it 4 stars if the beers were available.

Nice menu. Lovely staff. Fabulous food. We went mid afternoon on a Monday. Food was fresh and hot. Chips were amazingly fluffy inside. (I know is only chips but they were special. Staff really considerate and helpful.

Had a wonderful fish lunch at this pub today with the fam, really enjoyed our time here nice little gem in Medway I would say.We had the scampi and chips which was really well done could not fault it. Prices where pretty good as well so again could not fault it.If you want a nice little gem of a pub give this one a try it's well worth it 😁👍

Amazing pub right by the water. Lovely atmosphere and great staff. Beer was beautifully kept and super fresh. Had a really nice prawn salad which was superb, prawns were super fresh and tasted spot on.
