Top Kebab in Medway

Would give them a zero now, was customer for over 10 years now they don't really care now, very late delivery time now but have lots of drivers apparently, won't have my custom anymore, pathetic

Absolutely rank! I ordered a chicken shish kebab and it was so bad I threw most of it away. Just waiting until I get some sort of food poisoning so whilst religion hasn’t featured much in my life up until now, I may find it tomorrow when I’m horrendously ill. One of the staff had zits all over his face including a boil that was ready to explode. Yeah, avoid this place like the plague, even if like me, you’re desperate at 1am for food.

Sunday 27 Feb... Time: 20:21 - I placed an order for two pizza's and made it clear what I wanted on the pizza's.Now.. When I received the pizzas, my wife noticed that the order was wrong, so she called them to let them know in which they was completely rude to her saying that they dont want to talk to her .. they didn't get the order wrong then hang up on her. Disgraceful, disrespectful.I then gave them a call to get that sorted out..I repeated what I ordered, and I explained that I did not want pineapple on my pizza because I'm allergic to it.. So I Question him... Why would I order a pizza with pineapple when i am allergic to it.. He said you are playing games... You are not getting a refund, and if you want a replacement, then you will have to come to the shop then he hang up on me. What kind of customer service is this? DONT NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP

Absolutely disgusting, what I ordered was completely wrong, I rang to ask why and the man on end of phone was really rude, food was awful, would not recommend to anybody. Worst take away I’ve ever had!!!

Never order from this place, purchased 3 pizzas and never received them. When I called them up they said they must have already been eaten and put the phone down. Do no reccomend

Absolutely disgusting customer service and food. We have ordered from here before and found a wire brush wire in my son's chicken nugget meal. When we rang up to complain how serious this could have been, we were just told they will check any other food being sent out but at least he didn't eat the wire.Tonight we ordered again to see if it had improved. 3 mouthfuls in of a chicken doner and 3 lumps of bone and gristle.Again, rang up to complain just to be told that it's not their problem and I'm the only person to complain about it. I even offered to return it to the shop for them, so they can see for themselves. Apparently they don't do refunds. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering off of just eat. Shocking customer service and food hygiene is non existent.

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service, ordered one cheese burger with salad and sauce, 1 chicken burger, 1 childs burger, and one burger salad and sauce all came with cheese. Their response take the cheese out we are busy, I then tried to explain he said shut up let me talk you can talk for an hour or two after! He said I should of put clearly I only wanted one with cheese, I only ordered one with cheese as a selection clearly does not say all burgers contain cheese unless your call up to tell them you do not want it! He then said I'll let you have the credit next time as if I will be ordering from you again. It is disgusting especially with allergy i expect to get what I ask for and pay for. I understand they are busy coming from retail myself but to not listen and argue about it is plain rude. I would give less than 1 star. We then waited half hour for the said burger to be made everyone else ate the cheese but one has allergies with it. Came with a lot of ketchup and no salad like I said avoid this place they are a joke.

Placed my order at 12:30am. Accepted straight away. Live 0.1 miles away. Took an HOUR to arrive. Drinks were missing so I called the restaurant for them to say "we're closed so you'll get them next time". After repeating myself that I'd paid for them, AND placed my order an hour previous, I was met with a hung up phone. NOT impressed and will NOT be ordering from here again.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Staff are bully’s when you complain. Especially after they fail to mention menu changes which has now affected a family members allergy’s. Avoid this restaurant at all cost. Better pizzas elsewhere in the area.

It's sad to see more than 3000 positive reviews on JustEat and so few and mostly negative ones in Google. Makes me wonder... Is their delivery better than their in-shop service? 🤔We had our order delivered 15' earlier than predicted and enjoyed thoroughly a super loaded, delicious top mix kebab, with lamb and chicken donner and chicken kebab. We also had a kofte wrap and were very happy with everything. Recommended.
