It's OK for a quick pint and chips. Not really a local pub but nice enough.Response: there's nothing wrong with the pub. The staff were great. The food was OK. You're just not a 5 star venue for me. It's just my view but I'm sure many others love what you do. Thanks for the response though.

Rung during day to be told was fully booked all day for a table of 8 someone else in our party booked a table on line no problem. Arrived Sat down one of my children went to play in the play area and I took our youngest in as well the play area was filthy dirty broken bits of plastic all over the floor food and dirt smudged into the play equipment! Ordered food and drink using the app arrived swiftly but waitress kept passing hot food and drinks over my babies head in the end I moved my baby away from the table my food arrived stone cold so sent it back only for a fresh plate to arrive like a soggy mess! At the end of the meal a couple of waitresses came over to clear our table where one said "pass the plates down" I have never been to a restaurant where I've been told to pass the plates down the table they then continued to have a conversation amongst themselves as if we wasn't even their! They couldn't collect all plates so another waitress came over who I must say was extremely polite and collected the rest of our plates thanked us and actually acknowledged us being there. I will never return to this restaurant.

It's always a different experience when we go. If there packed, then orders come out wrong, not cooked how we asked, takes ages or other people that orders after you get there's before you. The staff are friendly to your face, but you do get the odd slagging of about customers while there on the floor and other customers can here. Think it just depends on who is working the time your there. Food is big portions and good value for money

We have eaten at this restaurant many times and food is Very Good & tasty, portion size is big! Service is very quick. Bargain price. Staff are always polite.I can only moan about one thing and that is the general cleanliness of the seating, tables, menus etc etc.

Food was good. Lots of variety. Good prices. Staff friendly and approachable. Good location. There's even an area you can let the kids play inside with a little computer for the kids and a couple rides/pay for games. Only thing is the wait at the door and the lack of staff cleaning and clearing tables. It was not busy when we arrived.

It was okay here. Nothing bad really to say, but nothing fantastic. It was open later and so became our only option for dinner. Was very quiet which was nice, and the food came quickly. Staff were very friendly... pretty much exactly what's expected for the price. They were out of a few items on the menu, which were vegetarian options. This made my options verrryyy limited. Overall it was fine.

The food here is quite nice. It's a child friendly pub and pretty relaxed. The wait staff seemed very busy but we're very attentive even so.Lovely experience here.

Me and my husband love coming in here with our children. The service is always amazing. The kids love spending money in the machine area. Food is always hot and presented well. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating to us all. Perfect location too.

Food was ok, had to send back one of our five meals back but the others weren't bad. The winner for me was Wednesday Wine. Any house wine for just £5 per bottle. Very nice it was too.

Good prices for what you get and the food (breakfast in our case) was good too. The biggest let downs were we had to book a table online. Site would not allow. Had to use the app could not get it to download. The staff were friendly but were quite stuck on it all had to be online however we managed a work around. It was on boarding to walk out.In consideration that hospitality was closed for lockdown you would imagine that some deep cleaning and reupholster work would be done. Chairs and carpet were filthy, seats ripped and patched with gaffer tape. There was not a working lock on the cubicles, loose toilet seat. I don’t even know about the ladies toilet. There seems to be no pride in the establishment. We might return but as it stand not yet worth a recommendation.
