Wigmore Fish Bar in Medway

We had an order for Fish chips, Sauceage and chips and more for our Jubilee party on 4th June. Myself and everyone enjoyed all the food, it was tasty. I opted for a 5pm delivery not only it arrived on time and when it did arrive it was hot and each bag was written on what was in the bag. I cannot fault Wigmore Fish Bar and with no hesitation would highly recommend.

Nicely cooked and service with a smile, a bit pricey but due to price hikes which are beyond his control.chips are not soggy here either .

Always a great service and really fresh food. This time I had the haddock and my partner had a salary, we shared a portion of chips as the portions seem to be designed for bigger appetites than ours. Good variety of food, never have to wait long even when busy.

Really nice fish and chips. Crispy batter and nicely cooked fish. The chips are never soggy. I personally like that they use the polystyrene containers to put them in too. Nonetheless good portions for the money. Only downside is having to wait a while but then it's because they are popular and rightly so. To add their premises is always very clean and they are well set up for covid rules.

Food has brilliant taste, the fish always seems to be fresh and full of flavor, and the battered sausages are the best tasting in the area. Portion size is very reasonable and its not over priced. I would highly recommend them and will always get my fish and chips from here.Only down side to here is the lack of avaliable parking but that's not down to them thats a council issue that needs to be addressed. Even when it is busy it is most definitely worth the wait for the food. Keep up the good work here guys.

About once a year I have a real fancy for a donna kebab and, last night was the night. So worth the wait, my kebab was very full and delicious. My husband had cod and chips which he said was beautifully cooked. EXCELLENT food and service...Thanks guys..

Really smelly oil. Really did not like it. It over come the taste of the fish as well. Shop has been there for years it must be good but we did not have good experience. We ordered fish and chips from here, packed quite well, came within the time stated, but it was not enjoyable at all! The fish was very oily, tasted of old oil, the batter was literally dripping of oil which in turn made the chips quite which further ruined the meal. The chips were ok some were proper chips and the rest were the little hard bits of potatoes!Mushy peas were lovely, mayonnaise was like water very runny and salty. Unfortunately had a very terrible experience. None of the staff was wearing a mask and one even coughed slightly this SHOP IS NOT COVID SECURED. Big let down with poor hygiene
