Boo Boos Evening Diner in Mid Sussex

Ordered over the phone for collection, great food and well priced for the quality, the cafe has an old movie/tv show theme going on so next time I will sit in and try to work out which ones they are all from 5*

Sadly have never been able to get through over the phone, heard the food is nice but not particularly keen on having to go through food delivery apps if possible.

Rude owner with appalling customer service. Ordered via Deliveroo as the local number does not work. Had a call within 5 minutes of the order from the owner raising his voice saying he can’t make the baguette I had requested. I asked if he didn’t have the items I had requested as I would have simply changed me order and at that he proceeded to shout “I don’t wish to argue over a baguette” and wouldn’t let me speak! He then hung up the phone. I called the 020 number back that he had called me from as I wanted to discuss what options were available to order and he told me to cancel the order because he doesn’t want to argue over baguettes and doesn’t need customers that can’t order properly!!I have cancelled the order and ordered from another local business in the area who have been very accommodating.I would not recommend ordering from here if you would like a pleasant experience with good customer service!

Lovely food, friendly staff. Can't beat a Boo-boos breakfast!

Good breakfast bit of a wait but worth it and good price

Gone really downhill lately. Food takes forever to arrive and then it's not right. Received white toast instead of the brown I'd ordered, asked for the brown, they then delivered brown bread and butter. It's not as if they were busy. Will have to find another breakfast cafe.

Love it and the sausages are out of this world and are used in there Boo Boo's muffin. Would have added a pic of my breakfast but it didn't stay on the plate long enough. Give Boo Boo's a try you won't be sorry. *****5 Stars*****

Great little corner cafe. Didn't go in with an order in mind but was quickly spoilt for choice. Ordered a BLT and was very pleasantly surprised. Good portions and delicious. Packaged well for travelling.Would happily stop by again if passing through town.

This is a very nice little cafe quite near the town centre. The staff are very noonday and caring and also take go care of their shop. The cafe is a clean, pristine and friendly environment. I highly recommend going here for a breakfast or lunch.👍
