Caffe Nero in Mid Sussex

Friendly staff and nice cold drink

Very rude staff!! Refused to serve me because I didn’t order 2 drinks at the same time then accused me of being rude!!!Absolutely shocking.

Great cafe, easy location, easy to find. Gets busy with kids after school but always still a table to sit at. Staff are friendly and happy to accommodate any requests with a smile

I've been here for at least 10 years, I'm seriously considering not going anymore, I look down the sides of the big chairs and it's full of crumbs, the floors always look dirty, the hand dryers in the loo is rubbish, it looks cheap, the place looks grotty all the time, the blinds were broken fir ages and no one seemed to care, the side of the fridge, where the drinks are, is what looks like old food or mould, which has been there for literally years.

Great place to meet and have a cup of Caffe Nero fabulous coffee and a snack

Really like the flat white. Pastries always taste fresh.

Staff totally ignored queuing customers!! One member of staff yelling happy birthday at the top of her voice. Won't be going back..

Great coffee, slightly on the strong side compared to the high street competition. I suspect a little robusta added to the arabica. Friendly staff.

Stood infront of an elderly lady today, while I was paying i over heard her ask for a hot chocolate with money in her hand.The member of staff was abrupt and said we are not taking cash. The lady tried to explain her card is new and not working but she cut her off and said no cash.I understand covid people but come on you can clear cups that people have drank from with no gloves but not accept money . Sort it out

Samantha served me on Monday , I had to write a review because she was so friendly and smiling even though she was on her own out front. So nice to see someone with a smile on a Monday in these tough times so thank you 💗
