We booked the Father’s Day meal at Cote for today and it far outweighed our expectations. Unfortunately the starter did take a long time (half an hour) to arrive. The cote de boeuf main course was cooked to perfection by Alex the chef. The château neuf du pape wine was sublime. We don’t normally have dessert but it was part of the deal and so happy we did as the crème brûlée was stunning! It was super smooth and went brilliantly with the dessert wine which Johnny, the manager recommended. Best meal out in a long time. Would highly recommend.

The restaurant was busy at lunch time and they run out of couple of menu items and desserts too.We had wonderful service and since this was a lunch meeting our waitress was the utmost professional as she did not keep interrupting 😊 I actually like that a lot. We had reservation so seating was not an issue.I definitely recommend this restaurant and if I am ever back in the area I sure will go in again.

After a very nice evening last night with good friends , good wine and a £533 bill (8 adults and five children)which was to be expected for GOOD!! quality food, what I didn’t expect was for my wife and I to be bringing it all back up again two hours later. I can only assume it was the crab we shared as no one else appears to have been I’ll. This is not the kind of outcome you would expect a restaurant that is charging top money for there food . I would like to hear from your manager soon please. Your comments would be appreciatedJason

Terrible brunch!Just home from a frustrating and wasted trip to Cote Brasserie in Haywards Heath. Ordered a French b'fast, a croque Madame, sides of bacon and mushrooms. After 40 minutes - still no food. We politely enquired - the manager said it'd be out soon. It arrived after 55 minutes. The French b'ast was ok. The croque madame, however, was dry and old - clearly had been cooked long ago and waited under the heaters on the pass. Se the picture - the yolk had evaporated! The bacon was shoe leather. Food sent back - left without paying - came home.

A very good choice of well prepared food and drink. This includes for those who may have dietary restrictions.A children's menu is also available. Excellent service and attention throughout our visit, thankyou. Highly recommended.

Came here for the Full English Breakfast and I have to say I found it quite delicious and filling.7-11-21 Tried out the French Breakfast. It wasn't bad but I definitely prefer the English equivalent.3-01-22 The beef bourguignon was quite tender and delicious though personally for me, I found the gravy to be too rich and salty though I guess that's how it's supposed to taste.

We visited Cote Haywards Heath for breakfast this weekend as a pre half term treat for the kids. What a bad idea. The food delivered to us was poor to say the least. Eggs Benedict delivered cold, hard poached eggs (no runny yolk in sight) and rock hard muffin. One of the kids breakfast came with one piece of bacon and a piece of toast - £4.75???? We questioned this with the waitress who said the plate and pricing was correct? Still confused with that pricing strategy. The other kids breakfast came with two sausages, two eggs and a piece of toast?!?!? They kindly refunded the eggs benedict and the kids breakfast.Never had such poor food at this restaurant, will definitely think twice before returning.

As a seafood lover I had such a difficult time to pick from all the amazing options. Sea bass with fennel was so delicious and Crab for starters was absolute treat. I’ll be back soon!

Cannot recommend this restaurant enough! We visited as a last minute booking following a short notice cancellation from a local restaurant due to them not being able to cater for my milk allergy. Whilst I am not a big believer in fate, I’m so grateful we ended up visiting here! Cotê brasserie went above and beyond to not only cater for, but exceed, anything we could have asked for in service. Staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly and welcoming. They not only were attentive in service, they spent time talking to us about the local area and helping us plan our remaining itinerary for our evening and the rest of our trip! The food was excellent, we enjoyed the crab and calmari starters, moules frites and poulet brenton and salted caramel tart and crepe desserts, all of which were cooked to perfection. Dealing with my allergy was fuss free which really allowed me to enjoy my evening and relax! (The menu is particularly well detailed for vegans, vegetarians and GF) Drinks were also excellent, especially the St Germanines G&T and after dinner espresso martinis we were treated to! As an extra surprise, they also served my dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday to me having mentioned the trip was to celebrate my 30th birthday! Genuinely, one of the best nights out we have had our in a long time, especially post COVID. We would both recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for the fantastic evening and service we received. A highlight of our trip!
