Domino's Pizza Burgess Hill in Mid Sussex

No wonder why this has 3.2 rating. There is no zero rating else i would have selected that. Everytime I ordered from them they miss stuff to deliver. Absolutely nonsense and frustrating experience. Will never order from Burgess Hill outlet. and also educate my friends not to order from here

Edmond both over the phone and in store is one of the most bright and helpful people I’ve ever met.Always smiling and happy to advise on deals, so long as it can be done they find a way to get it done.Give that man a raise!

I would give - 5* if I could. It took more than 2 hours to arrive. My wife tried to call them and they hung up. I called 6 times, each time they pick up to say please hold. You can't get a word in before they put you on hold. You are on hold for about 10 minutes before it cuts off. They made literally every customer service mistake you can, and to add insult to injury the pizza was cold and inedible. Domino's need to recind this franchise. Its doing them reputational harm.

Over the years I have had several pizzas from here, sadly not a very good standard. It has been several years, so I thought I would try again, after all, things can only get better, but how wrong I was. After waiting nearly an hour, having to chase twice, the pizzas were delivered cold! Not sure if the driver had been sitting on it, but by the way he drove off, I would suggest that the pizzas have been flying around his car! Clearly the driver is trying to get the record on how many pizzas he can deliver by the speed he drove! After phoning to complain and make them aware of their driver driving dangerously, I was met with the worse customer service I have ever experienced and nothing short of rude! Needless to say, this was the last time I ever order from Dominos Burgess Hill and have now made a formal complaint to their head office.

Does exactly what it should, good pizza from a chain. The manager could do with chilling out a bit though, I was stood in there for maybe 5 minutes and he didn't stop criticising staff members at all in that time. Makes it a bit harder to support his franchise.

Just picked up a Veg volcano and Magherita pizza . Once I got back to the hotel I noticed that the Veg volcano was missing the main topping! Jalapeños😔😔😔😔Otherwise the pizza was fine. I had swapped tomatoes for olives. Happy with the swap .BUT Very disappointed that we had to eat just a plain veg Pizza .

Never again. Waited an hour and 45 minutes for £40 worth of cold pizza, when it arrived it looked like the driver had sat on the boxes while driving here, I thought he might apologise for it being so late but he didn't say anything at all, not even hello. Its all in the bin now and I'm having cheese on toast. I don't want a refund, another pizza or a template apology. To anyone reading this before ordering, don't bother. Keep your money and eat some dog s***. It will be a much more enjoyable experience.

Really nice driver. Apologies (even though its not his fault) phoned up to ask about my order. Bloke on the phone did not even care and just plain rude. Looks like I'm not the only customer you've lost looking at these reviews 👎🏻

Not really sure what to say . Place is run like a zoo!Food is poor , service for delivery is very poor .Never answer the phone and always forget something . Gotta be the worst dominoes between brighton and gatwick ! Complete joke !Wish dominoes would do something about it when they cost £20 nearly for each pizza!Avoid papa johns is 30 seconds around the corner from here !

Mate was super drunk but they were properly nice to him and somehow understood him, food was peak. Proper. Siriously helped make the night! Shout out to Edmund (sorry if I misspelt name)
