The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The order wasn’t complete and the owner decided to argue and shout his point of view across which was so unnecessary & unprofessional!I will not be ordering from here again which is a shame as I have used them a lot in the past.Highly disappointed

They don't listen, ordered a couple of kebabs from here and asked for sauce, took them home and both were completely dry.

Very tasty lamb shish kebab.. lots of meat 🍖 and copious amounts of 🥗 🍅 🌶 . Visited at lunchtime which was very quiet and servicexwas quick and efficient.

I have been going to EG Charcoal Grill for years now, every few months, and I have never had any problems. The owners are lovely and the people there are very hard working, they work most of the day till late at night. Food is always good and I love their cheeseburgers!

This isn't the fabulous EG Charcoal Grill anymore. It's under new management, I think the changeover was during the start of the pandemic, and the quality has dropped off a cliff. They really should be forced to change their name as they are hoodwinking people. The fabulous previous staff are at Golden Grill in Forest Row I have recently found out...In recent months I've experienced regular mistakes with deliveries and a flippant attitude and regard to customer service. I should add to this that there is a gross misuse of Uber Eats in which whey are charging significantly more for food although they aren't the deliverers, this denies the deliverer a decent tip because people are overpaying for their food. Poor food, outrageous prices (£4.90 for a very average burger anyone?) unethical practices - I would suggest you avoid.

Since new ownership food quality has been awful! This used to be one of the best takeaways in town. Last time I ate here I was throwing up within the hour and the time before I had upset guts the rest of the day. Avoid this place it’s terrible

Well this was once a good place to go for a very tasty Doner kebab and other stuff but just had my second bad and even worse than before kebab. All salty fat and very little meat content. So just spent £10 on something completely inedible. Very disappointing.

According to the sign outside they are Offering one free meal a day per NHS staff showing ID. Ordered a kebab and chips and was asked for £7.50.... when I questioned it I was told that only the chips were free... who classes chips as a meal??? Not good enough. Take your sign down and change the wording.
