Amazing!If your looking for food to be delivered 1hr 30mins late with no refund this is the place for you!They’ll even call and argue with you as well! They might even give you abuse over the phone if your as lucky as me!Best £15 ever spent, not.

Just ordered 2 kebabs at 5.20 and was told it would be 40 minutes, they arrived at 5.30 but the meat was cold. We ring to complain and he said how can it be cold when you’ve got it in 10 minutes, no offer to replace etc and not helpful at all. Really disappointed and bad service, such a shame because their food used to be so good.

Awful I placed an order and never received it, called them (left a voicemail) and they never picked up / called back or refunded my order.Scam.

Worst experience in my life. I ordered on Uber eats and the driver never arrived. They said they have been to my address but never bothered to actually find my address. I never had any problem before ordering from Uber eats. However, the owner of the shop was so arrogant and rude, shouted at me, arguing over the phone. I drove there myself in the end, to which he refuses to give me a freshly made wrap. After 2 hours of waiting. After explaining over and over that the driver never came to the correct address, he didn’t even bother to look properly. Or came up to my apartment. The owner threw the wrap in the bin, not even the other guys in the shop was being helpful. I’m quite shocked to see they treat a woman in such a way. Laughing as I left the shop. I recorded the whole incident. Disgraceful.

Rudest man I've ever come across. I wouldn't leave 1 star if I could. Shame that Generous weren't open at this time, as they are always lovely.

I order my food and I didn't get what I ordered or my money back I called and he even argued with me on the phone and said on the phone in from my of my partner that I didn't order anything else when I Did I ordered food for my son and my partner and me and he only Gave me my son's food and my partners and not mine and a can of two drinks instead of 3 and missing my food aswell costs. Me £21 . 50 for childrens meal and two drinks what a joke this is . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE .

I have been a customer over the past 6 years. Tonight I have made an order and it completely wrong received lamb instead of chicken and both our drink did not arrived. The driver said it was nothing to do with him and he will come back 2 hours later I phone kb kebab to inform him and he argued that we did not gave him the right amount of money, and that next time we want a kebab call somewhere else. What sort of service is this? 😳

Worst kebab I have ever eaten ( I say eaten , binned most of it and ordered from somewhere else ) enemic Donner meat , if it is Donner !!! topped off with a whisp of salad and cold soggy chips that am sure had been cooked a whole hour before I got them . Definitely not worth the money £ 15.00 down the drain ( or in the bin in my case ) actually £ 17.50 cause they have the audacity to charge £ 2.50 to deliver it when all the other are free if £ 15.00 or above is spent . Extremely poor establishment . The owner should be ashamed of the food that is being produced here !!!

If I could zero stars I would have done.Called to chase as my partner is diabetic and my 12 year old daughter are hungry when asked if the order was on its way as we were told 60 minutes and after 90 minutes called them to be spoken to very rudely and hung up on. Called back and confronted another member of staff he kept calling me "love" "young lady" or "darling" and was disrespectful. They said they were busy which is fine but if they had been honest on their main page then this would have been fine and we would have ordered elsewhere. So rude and unhelpful, ended up cancelling order and hope the money is refunded without delay. AVOID

Awful. Over priced, ordered mixed kebab, definitely short changed, kofte and lamb shish. Barely any lamb in it and what was there was fatty and full of gristle. Ridiculous amount of salt over whole kebab. Inedible. For lamb shish, couldn’t understand the volume of grease it was covered in. Any decent shish is on a skewer and grilled so usually non-greasy but this was soaked in fat. Utterly awful. Never going back.
