Kfc in Mid Sussex

Dreadful, really slow service and it's staffed with tenage lads who haven't got a clue whats going on, non of them are communicating with each other and the orders are all getting mixed up and sent out wrong, mean while the que is out the door as only 1 person is taking orders on the till, no napkins or sauces and the resteraunt is a mess, avoid and go to somewhere else.

Arrived at kfc on the 28th may at 7.15pm and waited in the queue for 15mins until my order was taken. I then waited 45 minutes for my food....even when querying where it was because it disappeared off the preparing/collect screen one of the young lads said its coming and that there was an issue with there system. During my waiting time were 2 young lads working behind the counter bagging up the food, one of the lads "hugo" turned around and looked at the queue and then mutter to the other employee he wants to punch everyone. So unprofessional! To top it off...another customer was querying where there food is because of the long wait and I said I was still waiting for mine, they then said its sitting on the side and that they called it. They didn't call it....it was left on the side because i saw the bag put there not knowing it was mine. Discussing behaviour of the staff and no working system in that place.

This has to be the worse KFC I have ever eaten in.We had a meal one evening and my children ate some first. When I got around to eating (approx 20 mjn later the meat was extremely slimy and I didn't eat it.It tasted disgusting it was slightly pink and had a strange smell.It was very bad.Later that night all of my kids were sick and on the toilet loads.It took them 4 days to get better.The Dr sent my details to environmental health.How a franchise can operate like this is beyond me.Also looking through reviews there has been simular problems

The food was delicious , ,the young man who served us was friendly and helpful and the service was quick. Tables were cleaned as patrons left.Only downside to the cleanliness was the floor which appeared to have a coating of oil. Maybe cleaned with same water as kitchen area, leaving the floor slimey and dull.

Terrible Customer service shown on Wednesday 30th March when I went into sit down at 710pm and eat in. Others were eating in when I entered. I sat at a table to order on the app and the guy behind the counter shouted loudly at his staff member " tell them no eating in, we're closing soon" Obviously directed at us we took the hint and left eating in a far more pleasant atmosphere and nicer customer service across the road.

This branch rarely delivers all items that you pay for, then when you contact the branch they never answer their phones. Today over half my order for my children was missing. I had to make my 3 year old something else as all she had was a corn on the cob and couldnt underatand why everyone had something and she didnt. Absolutely appalling for the price you pay to not recieve what you have paid for. Im disgusted and will not be using this branch again.

I ordered regular fries and a vegan burger. Both were freezing cold and had about 10 fries. Not what you’d expected after paying £13 for delivery.

Not bad. The cashier was on his mobile phone most of the time, and seemed oblivious and apathetic to the requirement for dual access to the establishment. He laughed at the suggestion that the interior door leading to the mall be unlocked, even (or especially) when phrased as a polite request rather than hypothesis. I shan't be rushing back, but I probably wouldn't have anyway. Shame

Opening hours are 12pm to 6pm, quite bizarre to close right at the start of Dinner time in a busy area. Arrived there 10 mins before close as I just finished training and the doors were locked, staff member let's out an uber driver and I asked if they're open and she said they're closed and I pointed out there was 10 mins to close and she said "we've ran out of product". Looking at other reviews this branch does need a haul over, very disappointing.

Why can you never get a hot drink in a KFC these days , not much to ask !Burgess Hill branch were unhelpful when asked about sugars in fizzy drinks .Takeaway only due to COVID , please give us wipes and napkins !!Come on guys get the basics right .A year on still take away only due to staff shortages!! Things still not good here sad looking fillet burger again , stale roll !! 😡
