Kingfish in Mid Sussex

Best fish and chips in a village. Always very fresh not pouring out with grease either. Even the burgers are delicious and fresh the staff are always frendly never had a bad meal there well done to the staff

Every town needs a chippy! Friendly staff, good chips and not overly expensive. For a small town it's nice that Henfield has this amenity. Thanks again! Can't remember if they do pea fritters but I hope they do!

It was clean and the portions were good went Saturday at midday and not to busy good selection of food on offer

It's OK but their customer service needs attention , 2.80 for chips that had been in fryer for some time and were crispy ends.

Really friendly staff, great tasting food. Great quality too. If you want fish and chips go here and just have cash as dont take card

My partner and I just moved to the area and wanted to try the local fish and chips, we ordered and the food came quite quickly and the staff seemed nice. I would say it's not the worst we've had but not the best either. However, a little while after, my partner began to feel quite unwell. I also was up 4 times in the night.. need I say more. Its a shame as it seems based on good reviews we may be the exception rather than the rule but unfortunately we won't be back to be sure.

Owner run, small, fish and chip takeaway. The staff are friendly and courteous, the cod and chips were ample, perfectly cooked, and very tasty. I called fairly late in the day, so the shop was quiet, my meal was cooked to order, giving me the perfect take out experience.Thank you very much King Fish.👍

Fantastic fish and chips. Light batter, fresh fish and lovely 'hot as you like it' chips - all at a more than reasonable price. What's not to love?
