McDonalds Resturant in Mid Sussex

A very consistent McDonald’s - ALWAYS poor service and food, so much so that I’ve finally felt the need to write my first review (read: Warning!). Constantly waiting 15-20+ minutes in the car park for food that will be brought out by a miserable looking teenager who won’t even look at you, let alone apologise for the delay! Food will be stone cold and something is always wrong or just missing entirely! Had kids toys missing a few times leading to very disappointed toddlers and arguments when we are lucky enough to get one toy! I don’t complain any more because the managers are all so rude and will demand your receipt and carry out some sort of investigation as if they don’t believe it was missed! Don’t worry, nobody’s putting that much effort into getting free food from you, it’s not worth it by the time you have to wait around. Don’t bother wasting your time and money here. This place was alright a few years back, not sure what’s gone so badly wrong!

Staff to busy flirting with customers to do any work. Bins full with staff just looking at them and grunting, in the hopes they would empty themselves. Staff busy sharing the team hat, sometimes with force, I assume that whoever has the hat has the brain cell and therefore expected to work. This workforce needs sacking and starting with again. Restaurant physically filthy with rubbish on floor and tables. Probably a covid hot spot if this is how they clean.

Hmm have been before to the drive in, and had to go back for half a missing order, this time had to park up while they sorted the order, I think they find it hard to keep up, lovely helpful staff, but don't be surprised if its not as fast as you may like,

Go to this McDonalds a few times a week and every now and then have to scrape the greasy burnt fat off my burgers. Not very appetising when this happens but overall ok here

Staff are really really friendly but don't think about coming here at lunchtime or around 5-6pm.Not sure who approved planning permission for this place but the drive thru queues onto roundabout regularly.Absolute pig to get into if it's busyIt's the only Mcdonalds in this area, nearest one south is about 25 minutes and the same north.

Had to park and food was delivered to car. It was luke warm chips weren't right and the whole meal was tasteless. The location it quite unsuitable for the numbers of cars visiting for takeaways.

Absolutely shocking!!! We went to the drive thru to be told to park up while we wait for our food, fair enough we don't mind doing this but for 20 minutes!!! And then when the girl gave us our food we had no apology and it was all stone cold!!! We then had to wait a further 10 minutes for more food to be prepared. This was meant to be a quick fast food dinner after a 12 hour shift at work. Would have been quicker to go to a restaurant and have a sit down meal!!

The slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to … Had to stand around and wait over 20 minutes for food. Cars were queuing around the roundabout, restaurant was packed, the just eat drivers don't help with constant nagging of the staff. The touch screens for ordering food are unresponsive and just terrible.Apart from that, the McPlant burger is nice.

Great Store, food and drinks are delicious however when it gets busy, you know it is busy. When busy, the food does take quite a while but it is understandable from a small Maccy’s. One thing I could complain about is the drive thru, every time something we order is either wrong or didn’t come resulting in us having to go back round again. Apart from this I think it’s a great restaurant.

As Maccy-D's go this one is good. Easy to access for seated eatting or drive-through. The facilities are always a pleasant environment.As with most McDonald's double check your orders before driving away. 😉
