Morleys Bistro in Mid Sussex

Stayed here 1 night with a reservation for dinner. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. On the small side in one room but functional. The restaurant is where Morleys really came into its own. Fantastic food with a nice atmosphere. The service was friendly and in all a very pleasant place. If I am ever in the area again this will be at least my dinner reservation.

Great place for a lovely evening out. Food and service excellent. Morleys has a cosy warm atmosphere that brings you back. Do visit.

Food was amazing, service couldn’t be faulted, room was clean, large, warm, comfortable. If we are ever in the area in need of accommodation, we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Very pleasantly surprised we have this restaurant on our doorstep.This restaurant changed hands before Covid and really wasn’t up to par. So well done in changing the mindset of our party!Lovely setting, good food and wines.Staff very happy and friendly.

Made to feel welcome as soon as walked in the door, food all freshly cooked along with service was excellent, well worth a visit.

5* for being a lovely, friendly and buzzing place, great atmosphere very friendly and attentive staff. That is if you don't want to eat! Sadly, our first experience was let down by the food. We ordered mussels and, although the taste was nice, they were very dry and the sauce was thick and lumpy. Not sure what happened there and hoping it was a one off!

Wonderful food and great atmosphere. Try their Sunday lunch, it's fabulous but book early. Love their food and the atmosphere is great. A regular favourite.

Really great menu with lots of delicious options. Also so nice to visit a place that caters so well for dietary preferences. Menu shows gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan. Really recommend a visit here. Inside was lovely but there's also a really nice seating area out the back. We'll be back soon
