Prezzo - East Grinstead in Mid Sussex

My wife and I visited with a buyagift voucher! Was this the reason for the poor service? We asked for the starters (garlic bread) to be brought out with the mains this didn't happen. When my pizza arrived I asked the server for the chilli oil, after waiting some time I got up to see if I could find it; ended up asking another member of staff who found it for me. We had to ask for additional drinks, my chocolate fudge cake arrived cold with very little cream I had stayed that I wanted tons and tons of cream.Food was OK service poor. I think its a continuity issue every single problem could of been avoided if we had just one member dealing with us.The worst part just before we left was the manager staring my wife out like some sort of Matt Lucas "Vicky Pollard" chav.

Highly recommended. Pretty good value for money. Attentive service, good food. Calamari starters were the best I have had.

Enjoyed the Restaurant experience. I would only observe that desserts took a while to arrive . Otherwise a good place to eat . Happy to recommend

Great service from the start to the end. Food was good and hot. All round my kids and my self had an enjoyable meal. No issues or minor gripes.

We used to visit Prezzos often before covid. Went back yesterday. Very disappointed. They’ve changed how they prepare their dishes. I had what I usually had. It’s like it was made with cheaper ingredients and to a much lower standard. My wife had a salad which was awful. No creativity and just thrown together as cheaply as possible. Skimping on ingredients to cut costs yet charging high prices. I’ll not be going again.

Delicious family meal out with our 3 girls. Staff were patient and polite. They made us feel at home.

Delicious gluten free pizza. This is the Margarita pizza. There are so many other gluten free options like pasta, pizza, and salads that are yummy and the service is excellent.

Once this for us was the place to go. The staff great as was the service all pretty much Polish but all welcoming. Sadly it changed. We stopped going. 2 years later we gave it a try. The baked mushrooms were good - prepared but served at the right temperature. Risotto has to be one of the easiest foods to prepare. Serving it soggy is not going to win points. An Irish coffee should be also easy combination of correct temperatures works wonders. Sadly not here. We so wanted this to be a return of past joys but regrettably not this night...
