Starbucks in Mid Sussex

The ladies who work here run it like a tearoom in that they are really kind and friendly, super professional, and have the most fantastic personable service; really outstanding! Thanks so much for a great start to a Sunday morning

Absolutely fantastic service today. Sally is an asset to the Starbucks brand!! She's made our day with her happy, positive attitude and beaming smile.

We pop in here on the way to my partner's parents. It's great if you want a quick "Caramel Macchiato" fix.It does tend to fill up fast, as it's near a dual carriageway, and it's part of a service station.But the queue goes down pretty quick. You'll get your coffee soon! 🤓☕

Very polite. Ben was exceptionally attentive to my order and did a great job. Feel the girls that were with him we're holding him back though as they were serving 2 orders ahead of me and that meant it took 12 minutes to get our coffees.None of the hand dryers we're working which baffled me. How are they all down?

Lovely branch to visit. The staff are super friendly and drinks always made nicely.Our last visit a member of staff called Sally was so nice to our daughter, even though it was really busy she made her a babyccino and even a pretend one for her stuffed animal.

Stopped off for a takeaway coffee when we walked in we were greated with a lovely warm welcome, staff very happy to please you and help with the prompt delivery of your order. The place itself was very clean and tidy we decided to drink in instead of taking away. We decided to have a cake with our coffee but was hard to decide which one as spoilt for choice. All in all a great place to stop and have a break from your journey.

I want to thanks the attitude of an attendant.After our pet passed away, while driving back home we went to the Starbucks.I was too sensitized speaking to my son on the mobile when my husband bring up the coffees with a small brownie package having a tender message.From far away, the attendant look back at me and waved. A gesture which few are capable of with an unknown, that was left me more sensitized.I don't know her name, but I'll never forget the affectionate gesture I received at such a painful moment.Thank you very much.🙏🏼❤️

Drinks were good. Not clean at all. Tables are emptied without being cleaned. Crumbs everywhere. One of the waiting staff was stroking a puppy that was being held and then proceeded to handle food and drink without washing their hands 🤢

Dirty, dingy and gross! The seats are absolutely filthy! The floor looks like it hasn't been swept since before the Pandemic. Food looks good, but didn't dare touch any.No toilet paper in the toilets.Funnily enough, the toilets are cleaner than the cafe's seating area.The staff are friendly and polite.

Normal Starbucks offering on a small service site just off the main A23.Travel lodge and fuel available as is a Burger King franchise.Standard menu as you would expect. Staff were friendly and helpfulland worked hard to provide a good service, however because (I think) they were short staffed the tables in some parts of the building were cleared and others un wiped.It was also cold which is unusual for a Starbucks but it did make it a less pleasant stop.Good parking and outside seating when the weather is much better.A few issues that would easily be overcome otherwise a decent place to stop if you want to break a journey!
